The lab messed up my glasses two different times, with a two week waiting period between each time with no apology. They did not call me when my glasses came in and lied to me when I asked them. They said I brought the lens and not the frames and to bring the frames so they can send them in... after reassuring them I had brought both the lens and the frames they were in, they checked and my glasses had been there. After I FINALLY got them, one of the lens has scratches and the prescription is, for the third time, wrong. Save yourself a lot of time and trouble and go somewhere else. They were also rude but I think the two months without glasses trumps being told that they have less trouble doing the glaucoma test to five year olds than they do to me.

This place cannot get it together. Spotty hours...hard to get anyone on the phone... Daughters eyeglasses were lost and had to be re-ordered. Wifes eyeglasses were incorrectly made 2x so we asked for a refund - we got out of pocket expenses back but have been attempting to get them to work with our vision insurance to allow us to purchase glasses under insurance from another place - so far no luck. Were done with this place and wont ever be back.

Excellent optometrist. Dr Schneider is very thorough and professional. He is personable, yet not rushed, as in those multi-store chains. His staff is also quite helpful, and remarkably patient, as one goes through the sometimes lengthy process of chosing just the right frame or multiple frames. Highly recommended.

So far I am not impressed with the service here. Its going to take 4 visits to get the contacts I need. Really cant believe its this hard and takes this much to get a new prescription. Dont think I will be going back.
