Ive worn glasses all my life. I have grown use to the restrictive life style caused by glasses. I had never considered being able to see 20/20. I have clinically dry eyes, which eliminates ANY possibility on contacts. I wore them one time and LITERALLY had to rip them off my pupils while in college, I could not see for two days straight! Glasses are my only option obviously. With that being said I am nearsighted in my left eye and farsighted in my right eye, with astigmatism in both eyes. This all makes for VERY expensive glasses! I am an aspiring ophthalmologist myself and my biggest fear has been losing so much of my eyesight that I wouldnt be able to be an eye doctor myself! I was willing to do LASIK the day I first heard of it! The possible side effects are worth a moments thought but thats it. My vision has always been around 20/80. Im at my 1 day post op appointment and my vision is a confirmed 20/15!!!!! This is surely the industry I want to be in! LASIKPlus is outstanding! No gimmicks! The doctor even called me on his personal phone just to make sure I was okay. Everyone knows my face and name from the receptionists, to the techs, to the doctors! The financing options are the most generous out there! I have a foreign body sensation, maybe even a bit "gritty" but no real pain... no blood spots.... no extra sensitivity to light... my flap is fine.... no infection...absolutely 100%! The team over here at LASIKPlus is upbeat and energetic. They clearly want to be here! I just scheduled my 1 week appointment. With the life long assurance plan , ANY readjustments I have are taken care of! This place stands behind their work. I recommend this place to anyone like me who have had the dream of perfect sight but never thought of it as obtainable! This has been life changing! God bless, and hope you find this place as great as I did! Nothing negative to say about this place!

I cannot provide all the staff at LasikPlus Galleria all the praise they deserve just through this review. Not only is everyone very friendly here, the facility is extremely clean with a well maintained environment. On the day of my consultation the medical staff and Dr. Patel were very informative answering all my questions and concerns. During this stage they also walked me through the step by step process and requirements to be a Lasik candidate. On the day of my procedure the LasikPlus waiting room was a packed house and I was told that this day was setting a record with ~149 cases scheduled. You would think this was a norm for Dr. Smith, OR team, and staff because everything ran seamlessly. While waiting staff even walked around with snacks for patients, family, or friends. Once in the actual OR the procedure was extremely short ~10-15 min and honestly didnt hurt or wasnt even that uncomfortable in my personal opinion. In regards to Dr. Smith not only does his credentials speak for them self, he is such a warm and friendly individual. He answered all questions my wife and I had after the procedure and even personally called me two days later for follow up which is unheard of now a days. Ive already recommended Dr. Smith and his team at LasikPlus to several friends and colleagues because it was such a great experience. Dont hesitate and get 20/20 vision again!!! Thanks once again Dr. Smith and LasikPlus team.

I came in for my Lasik procedure yesterday September 8th 2016. And as usual the staff made me feel very comfortable and was very friendly and very understanding. I did not have to wait too long before I was getting the final check ups and test. I got to finally meet dr. Smith and he made me feel very relaxed and reassured me that everything was looking very good. I put my initials on many many many many many different places and then waited to the room was available. As I entered the surgery area I was met by friendly faces and again encouraged by all in the room. My wife was able to be in the room with me, she is always my greatest fan and supporter. The procedure was a little bit more uncomfortable then I anticipated but it was not intolerable. Ive always had very sensitive eyes and Hated to have my eyes looked at anyway. As I left the procedure again I was reassured by the friendly staff. The ride home was a little uncomfortable as I was very sensitive to light but I was able to put a tee shirt over my head and after a couple of hours in a dark room at home I felt much better. I woke up this morning and I can see very clearly for the very first time in a long long time. I would go through this procedure again any time any day. And if youre considering doing this dont hesitate do it you wont regret it. Dr. Smith and his crew are excellent in every way possible.

My experience with Dr. Smith and his staff was amazing. Every person in the office was friendly and kind. I especially want to mention Kenzie because I was a nervous wreck prior to surgery and she was very sweet and calmed me down. I was not rushed into surgery, they allowed me to sit in the waiting room until I felt I was ready for the procedure, which was very comforting. Dr. Smith was also very kind too. He talked me through the procedure, and after gave me a big hug because he knew how scared I was. He is not your average Doctor. He actually cares about his patients, and you are not just another number. He gives all his patients his personal cell phone number in case you have any questions or concerns after surgery. He also called me around 9pm to check and see how my eyes felt. There is definitely a reason why he is #1 in the state of GA . I had a consultation with another place for LASIK, but I am glad I chose Dr. Smith at LASIK Plus. My vision was a little worse than 20400 and the instant transformation is absolutely amazing . PS. The procedure was not even close it what I imagined it would be. I had no reason to be nervous. My only regret is not doing it sooner!

I know this may sound like a commercial but Im going to say it anyways. THIS IS AWESOME. They told me that I would see results right away, but Im pessimistic. Very much to my surprise they were right. The moment I sat up and opened my eyes I could see better than with my contacts in. It was amazing. Now its the day after and Im typing this review on my tiny cell phone with no glasses or contacts. The day after and Im already seeing 20/25 and Im told it will get even better. Im simply amazed that the whole thing took only a few minutes and the results are unbelievable. This is by far the best thing Ive ever done for myself. All I can say is if you wear glasses or contacts you should seriously consider this place. The staff here is out of this world. I think when Im all finished Ill have to find excuses to come back and visit. To anyone wearing glasses or contacts and anyone on the fence about getting this done, allow me to give you a push. Get it done. If youve ever had something stuck under a contact then youve already experienced more eye pain than this procedure. You should really come here and you WILL see the difference. Love this place...... 5 stars....
