If i could leave a 0 i would. They try and push you to do daily contacts, prob due to a kickback, but after the exam they have you come back, what they dont tell you is that it is necessary to come back and not optional. I moved over an hour away, and then the bridge collapsed and after calling them to rescheduled to a different office they started playing phone tag. So after you miss the follow up they force you to pay for entirely new contact exam and throw the previous one away. Had to get my eye insurance provider involved and they were more than ten times helpful than these bloodsuckers ever were.

This is my 2nd yr with Vinings Eye Care. I wanted to find an In-Network provider that was not the "large commercial store with an eye Dr. inside". This office gave me the Private Practice feel that I desired. Each time, I have found the staff to be extremely helpful and friendly. Dr. Bang is THE BEST! Shes patient, informative, and remembers details about her patients. I appreciated not feeling like I was being rushed during my visit. Its always best to be prepared as a patient and ask as many questions as you need.

Interesting how all the reviews are 5 stars. My experience was not that. Erik the manager was not helpful. they do not call their customers back and when asked what can i do for you, I responded take care of the contact amount owed, it was not addressed. They try and do whats right for the customer, but no call or email or contact until 6 months later i find out i have to pay for my contacts in full. Be careful when you go! Ask for everything in documentation.

Excellent experiences with Drs. Bang & Choi! I highly recommend them. Extremely thorough, didnt make me feel rushed. They have a very nice high end selection of frames and sunglasses. Had to call today because my eyelid is swollen and they were able to get me right in, which is so appreciated!
