Dr. Patel gave me a very thorough eye exam, and spent a lot of time with me discussing whether or not I was a candidate for contacts (I am, but because of an astigmatism it is a more complicated process than most). He was informative, detailed, and interested in my welfare/best choices for vision. His staff could not have been better: patient training, and excellent instruction. I took more time than most patients would, and they were gracious and encouraging; worried about "patient welfare" rather than their time invested with me. I have tried many options for contacts and am choosing the best one, and am successful only because of their patience and diligence as a team. I have referred many people to Vani Vision and will continue to do so. Superior experience, all around.

There’s no denying the obvious, which consists of great prices and more than sufficient services. The less than obvious is the level of exemplary customer service provided, starting from the front office and extending throughout the practice to include Dr. Nikil Patel. Not only do I appreciate Vani Vision, but I feel like family. They know my name, my profession, and they can recall these details without looking in a file. I’m an average person with high expectations, Dr. Patel exceeded them when I had to leave a message and he personally called me back. He made me an appointment for the same day to address my issues. That alone made me feel as if I was viewed individually and not as dollar signs. I’ve been a customer for three years and I’ll continue to be a customer.

I went to visit Dr. Patel based on a personal recommendation. From the moment I walked in the office from the moment I walked out, everything was done perfectly. The staff was very nice and helped get me ready for my eye exam. There was a lot of technology there that I have not seen in other offices. Dr. Patel was very thorough and made me feel at ease during the visit. The office is located inside of Costco, which made it extremely convenient for me to pick up my contact lenses afterwards. I have recommended this office to many of my friends and do you to as well.

Great Experience! Called around at noon, needing an appointment for the same day. Despite what seemed to be a busy day for them, Dr. Nikil Patel was able to see me within a couple hours. The service was exceptional, from the initial phone call, all the way through my eye exam and contact lens fitting. Their prices are also better then anywhere else Ive contacted. I travel a lot, and have been to many eye doctors. Im not even a Costco member, and this was my best experience to date. Even got to go get a hot dog while waiting for my eyes to dialate! Highly Recommended.

The team at Vani Vision and Dr. Nikil Patel were fantastic in the exam and assessment of my eyes. I have had some recent issues with extreme seasonal allergies and irritation to my eyes. The optometrist was able to do a thorough exam and reveal there was no infection and virus. They took time to check my vision and health of my eyes with a caring touch. He prescribed me medications that helped relieve my symptoms in less than a day and allow me to get outside again! Thank you and look forward to my next eye exam!

Stopped by during lunch for an exam and to get new contacts. Front desk was very friendly and helpful. Took care of all insurance issues. Dr. Patel is very kind, took the time to explain what he was doing with each test, and even showed me in detail the photos of the inside and back of my eyes. Gave me set of contacts that day to wear for week to make sure all is good, before I come back to make my purchase at Costcos great prices! Reasonably priced exam too! I recommend.

I was impressed by the technology used in Dr. Patels office. He knew exactly what to do to diagnose my peculiar problem with double-vision and he was honest and direct with his plans for fixing a problem I have had my entire life. After having seen dozens of eye doctors about my issue, Dr. Patel just seemed to know immediately how to resolve it. His kind and professional demeanor was reassuring and I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Dr. Nikhil Patel demonstrated care and professionalism. I did not feel rushed during the exam and he answered all my questions. One of his staff members was a little rude on two of my visits. I politely brought this to the attention of the doctor. He was apologetic and indicated he will address the issue. Based on the level of personal service from Dr. Patel I plan to return in the future and look forward to improved staff service.

He makes corrective vision suggestions based on your lifestyle, work, preferences and needs. His staff is courteous and efficient. Dr. Patels office is professional and friendly. Im greeted by smiling faces that know my name and try to make my visit comfortable and speedy. Ive been seeing Dr. Patel for at least 5 years and in my opinion hes one of the best. His explanations are through and simple. I have never had a visit that I felt he was anything but professional. Hes concerned about his patients and his diagnosis is on point.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Patel at Vani Vision, inside Costco at Cumberland Mall, after refusing to pay excessive prices at former optometrist. They use state of the art equipment for a thorough exam, both inside and outside the eye. I was very pleased with my experience, ordered new glasses and sunglasses, and now my husband has had an exam and did the same. Highly recommend!

Great service and patient care! Dr. Patel is personable and genuine. Ive had many appointments at Vani Vision and am happy to be a patient there. You do have to enter Costco to get to the office, but you do not have to be a Costco member (although it helps if you want to be able to buy your contacts/glasses in-store right after you appointment).

Dr. Patel has been my eye care specialist for several years now. Hes always very patient with me, thoroughly explaining both the tests being administered as well as my results. I never feel hurried or rushed, but believe Im receiving excellent care. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an eye doctor in the Cumberland/Vinings area.

Dr. Patel was very patient, he listened to my needs and concerns and have recommendations catering to my needs. Great exam! The front desk clerk, perhaps wasnt her best day. Not rude by any means just not overly cheerful which you become accustomed to at Costco. But everyone has a bad day. And it would not keep me from returning!
