they have the worst customer service ever! Both my daughters broken their frames over the Christmas break, I called to see if they were still under warranty, the woman looks up the account and says one of my girls was and they have the frames and if we bring them in they will warranty them. I send my mother in law over there a few days later and they tell her they arent under warranty and they cant help her. I speak with them and tell them what I was told and the manager basically just says sorry, they arent under warranty anymore. So I have to schedule my daughters for an eye exam so they can get new glasses. The first appointment wasnt for almost a month later! Even after pleading with them because my girls have bad eye sight i had to settle for that appointment. Then at the appointment my oldest wanted contacts, so they had to order the sample pair, i get my text to come pick up her eye wear, so my husband brings her today and the lady says, oh, you need to make an appointment for them to show her how to put them in. my husband tells them his wife wears them and she will show her how to. They said, sorry, we cant give you the contacts until she sits with someone from here to learn how to put them in. God forbid they take peoples time into consideration and squeeze her in!! Considering they never told me I would have to make an appointment when they came in. Just that they would send me a text when the contacts came in. This place is unreal! We will never go back to them for an eye exam!

Ive been to 3 eye clinics in the Town Lake area in my 11 years of living here, and this is my least favorite place. It took them over 2 weeks to order sample contact lenses for me to try. Then, the imaging machine was broke when my daughter went in for her eye exam, and had 2 additional appointments scheduled before they finally dilated her eyes to complete the exam. Now, Im on call number 3 within a weeks period to order colored contacts, Something Ive done other places with NO PROBLEM They keep telling me theyll have the doctor review my request.. and he is either not getting the message, or doesnt want to do. Oh, and dont count on being able to purchase your eye glasses with your insurance there after your exam. They do not accept our insurance to purchase eye wear. WE have to go somewhere else for that. Save you time and go to Thomas Eye Group or Towne Lake Eye Associates if your insurance lists one of them as a provider.

The front desk staff was less than helpful. When I questioned why she would have me read through the policy, sign the agreement, she then informed me I would not be able to have the procedure due to time when I had originally asked the same question. So I decided that I would wait for another day to have the procedure done , when another staff member said they could do the procedure. Very frustrating and less than helpful and lacked professionalism.

Well, my experience has been nothing but the opposite with these folks. The doc is awesome and the front office folks are always helpful in helping my pick out new lenses, etc. I never have an issue with insurance/billing and Ive been going to them for several years now. sorry that some may have had a bad experience, but I just wanted to throw my opinion in there too.

The Doctor is awesome and the staff are always helpful. Ive never had any problems and my Husband and I have been going here for several years now. Would recommend and trust sending any family here. Very caring.
