Scheduled appointments are always months out. First time an hour had past and did not see the doctor nor was updated on the status what was going on. Not sure was this because I was a new customer and their regular customers sustain their business but did not feel the Doctor was very time conscious. Gave them a second chance the same thing happened. No one came to say they were behind schedule.I never ended up seeing the doctor after about an hour and fifteen had pasted. If you have a few hours to spend in the Optometrist office this is a great place for you to go. The assistants were pleasant. I would suggest they schedule clients times more adequate. Allocating more time to those that need special attention, asking additional questions when initially scheduling appointments.

I had a great experience here, especially considering that I havent needed glasses in the past and this has been the only optometrist office that Ive been to. I got an exam by Dr. McFerren who took her time and was very personable. I also like the fact that they had a great selection of frames. They had Gucci, Fendi, Polo, and Ray-Ban. It actually took me a while to get decide which pair I wanted to buy. Thankfully one of the employees helped me decide and I got them fitted and ordered without any issues. This is one place that I tell everyone to go if they need glasses that makes them look good.

Enjoyed my recent visit to Optometrist. She was informative and had up to date information on my eyes. The staff was great and took time to make sure I understood how my insurance worked. She had a great variety of Eye Wear and I was able to find some Designer frames I LOVE.
