Was advised to go to a dermatologist from another doctor who thinks its skin cancer, when advising the appointment clerk this information she lacked compassion, empathy and had attitude in her voice the entire time. More focus on what she couldnt do for me than what she could. This process is new to me (never heard you might have cancer before) and attitude at a doctors office is everything when going through something horrible. Because of this experience I now have to be further impacted by commuting to another dermatologist 33 miles away. Dr. Arasi do yourself a favor and hire someone that demonstrates empathy instead of being negative and combative. First impression is everything and in this case your office failed.

Dr. Arasi and his staff were unsympathetic, judgmental and condescending. I was completely appalled by his lack of understanding or compassion for someone who was out of work and had no insurance (but who was paying his large bill out of pocket). He treated me as though I was just some lazy, uneducated person when he knew nothing about me. I think (and hope) he felt a bit ashamed when he found out that I had in fact taught as a professor at major universities and who had just moved back home to help take care of my mother who was dealing with some serious health problems. He really infuriated me at my visit, I will never go back to him again.

I have been going to Dr. Arasi for over 20 years and have nothing but great respect for this man. I now drive 45 min just to go to Him since I moved. He is an expert when it comes to skin cancer, which both myself and my husband has had. My daughter in law went to a closer dermatologist regarding something on her face. This dermatologist wanted to use chemo cream thinking it cancer. She went for a second opinion to Dr. Arasi which was her Dr. before she moved and found it wasnt even cancer at all. Hes an expert. Go to him if you want wisdom and years of experience.

Dr Arasi is quick and to the point. For those of you that require more I suggest you find a Dr. that caters to children and ask for a lollipop I am sure you will get one. I have been a patient for years until I recently relocated and he has always treated me with the utmost respect and dignity. He cares about his patients and does what he as a doctor seems necessary. Sorry if I offend any of you but thats the way it is grow up, its not his fault you neglected your skin.

Ive gone to Dr. Arasi for at least 8 years. Hes a quiet spoken man that gets the job done. Informative and detailed. Love the staff and Dr Arasi. Ive referred several co workers and family members to him.
