What a wonderful first visit. The entire staff is pleasant and efficient. Dr. Puentes was warm, listened to my issues, was thorough throughout the examination answering all of my questions and addressing my concerns; taking all of the time needed to make my visit comfortable and informative. After such a bad experience with my prior Endocrinologist, I was more than relieved to have had the pleasure to find such a caring and competent doctor.
