First off, let me say that Dr. Khurram is a great doctor and I love her dearly. She takes her time to listen to you and doesnt rush through your visit. Melinda and Heather are awesome and very sweet. The office manager on the other hand is an arrogant ass and is very rude and disrespectful. I was in the waiting room and he was belittling Heather at the front desk and stated loud and clear that "he didnt care about the patients", " they need to mind there own business". "change their appointment time and if they cant then too bad, its not my problem, make them reschedule". I dont know how he can even call himself an office manager when he is so unprofessional. I have NEVER heard of a doctors office charging you for your own medical records, nor charging you for a signature on a form. The only complaint that I have in regards to Premier Neurological Care is they need to get rid of the current office manager and find someone who actually knows what the hell they are doing, someone who wont take advantage of the patients, and someone who cares about the patients. After all, the patients are what keep a practice going. DR. KHURRAM, YOU NEED A NEW OFFICE MANAGER TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE FUTURE. THE CURRENT ONE IS COSTING YOU MONEY AND GIVING YOU A BAD NAME.

Dr.Khurram did not listen or care about my concerns for my health. She spoke over me and wasted my time after waiting and waiting for an hour and a half. Everytime Ive gone the wait time is ridiculous. She put me on medications before even running any tests and when I finally got an MRI after asking for four months then she messed up the work order causing it to be put off even longer. She treated my fears and worries about my health like she couldnt care less. This is MY life! I have to deal with these health issues on a day to day basis. Not her or her incompetent staff. I pray you do not choose to go here. This is your health and life on the line. Megan and Heather are very rude and it blows my mind they even have a job. Melinda is a joke as a nurse. If there is an incompetent staff thats supposed to be your link to the doctor, youre hurting yourself. This is very personal since what I was diagnosed with was serious and there was no sense of care,understanding or urgency. How can this place even be open??!! Im going to have them investigated so NO ONE else ever goes through what I have.

**Update: I was charged for services I did not receive. Over $200 for shots that I was never given. I have indeed reported them and will continue to report them to every single agency and organization I can. I spoke with the office manager who is the rudest, most disrespectful, unprofessional and ignorant person I may have ever spoken to in my life! He has hung up in my face about two times, talks over me, yells and says things like "do what you want to do", "oh, well", "I dont care". The issue I was calling about in addition to the invalid shots I received, were notes on my account that were basically made up. I was telling the doctor one thing and she was writing other things. I will not be returning, there is a fraud case open with this doctor and United Healthcare and about 7 other investigations currently under review. If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT GO HERE. THEY ARE SNEAKY AND FRADULENT.

Dr. Khurram is a wonderful doctor and person. She spends a great deal of time with me at each visit to go over my issues, explain in detail what is going on, answers every question I have and offers advice on ways to ensure I am getting the most out of my treatment. Sometimes the wait is a little long, but, it does not bother me because I know she is giving each patient the same level of care that she gives me. She is very personable and is easy to talk to. Her nurse Melinda is FANTASTIC! She is quick to return phone calls and will work tirelessly to get the approvals needed for medication. I would recommend this doctor to anyone seeking a caring, knowledgeable neurologist that actually cares about you as a person and will do everything in her power to get you better. Thanks Dr.Khurram for all you do and to your nurse...THANK YOU!

I have *never* had a doctor spend more time with me or do so much to try to understand my symptoms. My wife, who was there, commented that my first visit there was the best doctor visit that I have had in years. And she wasnt wrong. I would (and have) recommend this office and this neurologist over any other that I have seen in the Atlanta area.
