I have been seeing Dr. Ward for over 27 years. There isnt anyone like him. His patience, professionalism and knowledge qualities are not as common in the medical field today. He is an amazing diagnostician and is always ready to hear (and listen) what you have to say. I have also followed him from every office he has relocated to and will always consider him the best doctor I have ever had. His staff, especially Carrie, who has been with him over 15 years, is always helpful, will do whatever it takes to get you in the office and treats you with urgency and great respect. She is his right hand and deserves commendation. His self-pay rates are quite reasonable for those without insurance.

Dr Ward and his staff are great to work with and always considerate. Dr. Wards bedside manner is different but my husband "gets him". Sometimes he seems rushed but thats just his manner....he always takes as much time as we need. Regardless, if we didnt like him we would have switched. He is very knowledgable, open to alternative treatments when applicable. Only time we considered switching when he was under the Wellstar System..it was awful...but he left them and is independent again...thank goodness! Do not care for the female NP with him, she has misdiagnosed husband and daughter - we ONLY seeDr. Ward. I highly recommend only seeing him!

I love Dr. Ward! He spends a lot of time with his patients to make sure he has a thorough understanding of what you are in for. I would love to give Dr. Ward five stars but the inability to even reach the office staff is very off putting. I have never heard of a doctors office that sends you to voicemail in order to make an appointment, and now I am dealing with this each time I call. It took me 3 days off calling constantly (and leaving voicemails) to finally reach someone. Very unprofessional for a Physicians practice! Hopefully they fix this so I can continue seeing the doctor I love.

Im a very pick person, and usually not happy with most doctors. Now, Dr Ward not only knows his stuff, but he is constantly learning whats new. He takes time to listen to you, and asks many questions. You can tell he is not there just for the money. He LOVES his profession. That makes a HUGE difference. He is competent and smart. Im very happy my friend suggested me to see him. My husband is also a happy patient. And just to add to the 5 stars, his staff (Carrie) is the best... I wish all the other doctors offices learn how to be so efficient. We, patients, would be so happy!!! :)

Dr. Ward has been my primary care DR for many years. His bedside manner is amazing, he really cares about how you feel and how he can help you really get to the root of the problem. Hes not one of those Drs that just prescribes something to get your out of the office. He really knows his stuff and is in to the real "Cure" and not just a temporary fix. He will be straightforward with you, if he feels there are other problems that are causing your symptoms, he will let you know. Hes the best Dr that Ive ever had and I hope for many years to come!

Dr. Ward and his Staff walk the talk they talk! Acute practice that involves a personal entire chemical makeup. Bring any issue that is troubling to you to Dr. Ward and his Staff and you will be amazed at Dr. Ward s awareness of the remedies available to enhance your life! He is astounding. My life has changed considerably since becoming a patient. A back-to-the-basics approach is used coupled with cutting edge health technologies. I was referred and I am impressed to say the least. My husband and I chose Dr. Ward as our family doctor 3 years ago when we relocated to the area. We have been nothing but happy with the service we receive from his office staff, nurses and practitioners/assistants. Dr. Ward always takes time to listen to all of our concerns, and is open to our thoughts. He discusses his thoughts, ideas and plans of action; we greatly appreciate that. I highly recommend Dr. Ward, and Connie, to anyone.

Ive been going to Dr Ward for over 26 years and I think hes an amazing Dr. I totally trust him which makes me feel comfortable talking to him about any of my issues. He always gives me time to talk and offers options instead of just here is your prescription and bye. I think his staff and especially Carrie are great. Hes the type of Dr that actually cares about his patients and whats the best treatment for them.

Ive seen Dr. Ward for 12 years. Bottom line is Im still with him even though his new practice doesnt accept my insurance. I followed him from Wellstar, Woodstock and now Canton. Ill pay him out of my pocket to avoid having to switch doctors. Hes great with traditional medicine but open to all methods. I love Carrie (RN) also.

Dr. Ward has closed his practice. He no longer is seeing patients. His office is not doing a very good job of notifying patients. I had an appt. scheduled, and was never notified that his office had closed. Not very professional. Very sad to see this happening. He had a very good practice.
