After reading an article in the local paper I decided to go have Botox at this facility. Only after I signed the consent forms was I told by the owner, Susan, who is not a doctor or a nurse, that she was planning to inject me. When I asked her what her medical credentials were, she told me she didnt need any. I also asked her what would happen if I had an allergic reaction and needed medical attention and she said "oh, that wont happen"! I quickly got out of the chair and did NOT go through with the procedure. Be careful, better yet, just go somewhere else!
