Horrible patient courtesy. Had an appointment scheduled and was a few minutes late due to road construction. Canceled thinking I wasnt going to make it in time but I showed up. Was willing to sit and wait patiently even if I had to wait until close of business and be the last person. My problem is that they Want you to wait 2-4 MONTHS for new patient scheduling. I called another Dermatologist in Little Rock and was scheduled in for the NEXT WEEK. Ive never experienced this by a medical clinic. Most establishments are understanding and try their best to get you in.

I waited 3 months for an appointment and the Dr. didnt listen to my history or do any tests and blamed me for my condition and when I pointed out his diagnosis couldnt be accurate he refused to consider anything else. I will NOT be going back and will be finding a physician who actually has some sense.

I had a great experience here. All of the staff was very friendly and professional. They got me to my exam room promptly, with very little wait time. Ms. Lafargue was thoughtful and very knowledgeable. My family will definitely be back for any future dermatology needs.

I had melanoma surgery 11 years ago, Im doing fine. My regular Dermatologist doesnt take my insurance any longer so I had to find someone else. I really like Dr Clark and his staff they were super. Highly recommend them.
