Though Dr. Boysen did a fantastic job removing one of my family members cysts, he spoke to me with a very rude, inappropriate tone of voice. He stated to me in a harsh tone during the cyst removal after I stood up from my chair, "No, you are not going to stand up. Youre going to sit down in the chair. Sit down." I stood up at least a foot away from the patients (who was an immediate family member of mine) feet when he said this to me. I was not standing and looking over Dr. Boysens shoulder, nor did I have the intention to. I was standing to show my support for my family member. He stated it to me as if I was a child in need of strict, stern parenting. I felt completely disrespected. I know of others who have had similar experiences. My blood was boiling after he spoke to me in such a manner, I felt he could have politely asked me to remain seated rather than using such an unprofessional tone. I would not recommend seeing him.

Dermatology Associates is terrible to schedule with and incredibly inflexible. Every time I tried to schedule I was booked at least 6 weeks out. Unfortunately I had to reschedule my appointment because my coverage at work fell through twice (because they dont offer anything outside of normal business hours), and once because I was ill. The last time I called to reschedule I was told that I would need to go back to my primary care doctor and get a referral somewhere else according to Dr. Boyson (this was 18 weeks after I had initially tried to get in to see them).

Had 5 minutes spent with me and then received a bill for $75. Have been trying to pay it for 2 weeks. At this point, I have left 5 voicemails with no return calls. I echo the other reviews, terrible communication.
