Took 20 mins to get someone on the phone Saturday and I get a girl that I ask a question to about where to pick up my moms wheel chair only to be told, call back monday, I just answer the phones and I said then can I have a nurse and she huffed and said one minute then hung up. Now on hold again for 8 mins on 2 diff phones and just got hung up on again, guess she recognized phone number and hung up. Horrible customer service

After seeing multiple doctors from Hickman to Nashville, I finally found a doctor that I felt actually cared and for once sat and listened to what was going on with me. I will now hopefully be able to pick my life back up and be with my loving family. I cant thank Dr.Orgain enough for showing such compassion. God Bless.
