In the two years I was a patient there, my appointment was cancelled on me twice. I always make my appointments 6 months in advance so I never miss a cleaning and so I can arrange for time off work and/or arrange for extra day care needs. The last time my appointment was cancelled I received a message 2 DAYS BEFORE my appointment saying the doctor wanted to take more time with the appointment before mine and not want to rush mine. While that is "considerate" it is also baffling that the one who made her appointment 6 months ago was getting pushed out. I understand emergencies; but if you know two days before then, well, thats not an emergency. I had already arranged time off work and for someone else to pick up my child from day care. Unacceptable. Try calling to reschedule you say? Well, thats nearly impossible. There are NO hours posted on the website or on their answering machine which you will hear more of than anything else. You also couldnt tell that they are closed two days out of the week. A rescheduling nightmare if you ask me. Want to switch dentists like me? Make sure you do it after the first of the year when x-rays roll over. My new dentist tried contacting Grace Dental three times without success to ask if they could email my last x rays taken. I called and left a message. Did I receive a call back? No. When I finally got in touch with them, they wanted me to pay $25 for them to email my x-rays and said it would take 48 hours...something my new dentist said might take them three minutes. Sounds like a punishment for trying to leave an office. If I got paid $25 for every progress report a parent asked me to email (Im a teacher), Id be a rich woman. Why would I pay someone $25 when they cant even keep the appointments I made with them. If I had read this before selecting Grace Dental as my dentist, I would have not chosen them.

I was extremely pleased this month at my very first visit to Grace Dental as a patient. Dr. Jarwa is extremely thorough and effective but also gentle during treatment. He takes the time to explain his findings and recommendations. I was equally pleased with his staff who greeted me immediately upon my entrance into the office and were friendly and polite. Handling of the paperwork was quick and easy and everything went smoothly. The wait time was reasonable and the service excellent. Dr. Jarwa found an issue that had not been found previously so I was very glad that he is so detail oriented. I would recommend Grace Dental to anyone searching for a new dentist. Another great thing about Grace Dental is that they are making special efforts to open their office to people with disabilities and Dr. Jarwa has years of experience in treating people with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. He is also licensed to provide oral sedation services. He is a great dentist!

Ive been coming here since 2013 and Ive always been treated with great customer service as soon as I come in. I recently had to come in for an emergency visit and they were able to get me in the next day to address my issue. Dr. Jarwa is super friendly, kind, and makes me feel like I can ask any questions about my dental health and he always has a very practical answer. Id feel remorse if I didnt say anything about his wonderful staff. Theyre all very friendly and there is a family ambiance that makes me feel welcomed and relaxed.

RIP OFF CRIMINALS. They called and said my deep cleaning was covered. As Im sitting in the dentists chair this kid says "did anyone talk to you about your co pay?" I said no and he then told me it was $798.00! The procedure (cleaning) took 20 mins was a joke and the woman in the office is GETTO AND RUDE. She said this doesnt happen but then says in a complaint about me Grace Dental said " they always want the collection removed or they wont remove the complaint." Sounds like a common problem.

My mother was denied immediate care by another practice, so she found this office which took her in immediately and fixed her issue on the spot. Since then, my whole family has switched over to this office. The attitude of everyone who works here makes going to the dentist a bit less "white coats and bright lights", and instead a more personal experience that was fun overall.

Office staff was top-notch. I made an appointment last minute for a dental emergency and he was able to squeeze me in a few days. Great bedside manner and personality, very knowledgeable, great staff, and I was seen right away. He also has early morning appointments so you can get in and out before work. He will be my regular dentist from now on. Great experience!

I was very happy with every aspect of Grace Dental, including when Dr. Jarwa told me that an expensive procedure I was advised to do by my former dentist, was not necessary at this time.

At Grace, the staff and Dr. J are warm and friendly. I am one who does not enjoy dental visits, but the care and gentle treatment we get here makes the experience much more comfortable. They have gone out of their way to reduce the anxiety and it is much appreciated!
