TL:DR > Very nice selection of quality frames, brick and mortar shop downtown has friendly professional staff if not readily available parking. Highly recommended for anyone looking to find those sexy frames and dont like the impersonal experiences of other more or less corporate optometrist/eyeglass shops. Full review: I am a very picky guy and I have an eye for quality if not long distance sight (boo, eye puns). I bought my last frames from here for a pretty penny and they lasted about 3 years (and to be honest a pair of glasses should really only last 2 years for return on value). In that time I had strangers compliment me, friends and girlfriends steal them, and the envious try to copy them. My point is they caught my eye (eye jokes!) and since then I have been trying really hard to find that next awesome set of frames. And what Ive found are mall pop ups with poorly staffed corporate shops with populated with mall people (interpret that how your want), bespoke shops with ridiculous prices if not classy works of art for your face, and the general discount eye glass stores. Broadway eye finds a nice balance of being readily placed downtown in SLC with great staff and good eye ware. the Docs are nice and the service is quick. They may not have a huge selection but they do have really high quality frames for most types and all price ranges. I told myself I would try something new, but then once again I found myself gravitating back to them. So I recommend checking them out if you like to include glasses in your fashion and vice versa. They are my go to and Ive looked (last eye pun) everywhere.

Normally, I dont write reviews, especially for businesses. However, I have been totally impressed by the degree of kind, friendly and caring behavior I have received at Broadway Eye Clinic. My experience actually started at another eye clinic in Salt Lake City. There I just happened to run into Dr. Karri Buresh (although I believe she went by a different last name then, as she was engaged to be married). Anyway, I was so impressed by the care and time that she took with me when it was time to find an eye clinic to use on a more permanent basis I started looking at clinics and Doctors. Eventually I found a picture of Dr. Buresh at the Broadway Clinic (I believe it was the Berner Eye Clinic at the time. I called and made an appointment and have been going there ever since that appointment. I have found that not only am I impressed with Dr. Bureshs attention to detail and attention to my particular case, but the general feel of the entire office and staff. Its kind of funny, but once in a while they have someone new in the office, but they still seem to be aware of y particular problems and provide the same service with a smile that Ive come to expect.

Ive had a couple of great eye doctors in the past, but the level of service and customized recommendations at Broadway Eye Clinic blew me away. The staff and technicians were all very friendly, prompt, and helpful. The testing equipment was clean and in excellent condition. Dr. Franson impressed me with her professionalism, breadth of knowledge, and attention to detail. She took both my work and lifestyle conditions into consideration and thoroughly explained her recommendations for both contact lenses and glasses based on these factors. She also gave great advice about prevention and building good eye health habits. I cant say enough about my experience at Broadway Eye Clinic. The service and expertise was simply outstanding.

Love Broadway Eye Clinic! Started coming here in 2011 when my daughter needed vision therapy after a concussion. She saw Dr. Buresh who was caring and explained everything about how the concussion affected my daughters eye site. Fast forward to 2017: I still LOVE the clinic! Many of the same staff still there; Corry and Sylvia love what they do and love taking care of their customers! My son and I saw Dr. Franson recently she was thorough and explained many things including covering my concerns about things that are clearly hereditary on my mothers side. They have the latest technology, the Opto map which takes a detailed photo of your retina too. I highly recommend Broadway Eye Clinic!

Great experience!! Have been going to this eye doctor for a few years now but they just got a great, young, new doctor. She is very friendly and good at what she does. She is very knowledgable and efficient. There was no time wasted but yet I did not feel rushed. The new doctor is very personable. She was interested in me as a person and asked questions. The whole office staff was great. I was one of their last appointments for the day so it would have been very easy for them to act tired and want to get me out of the office so they could go home. But they were the opposite. They were friendly, energetic, positive and answered any questions I had.

Great eye clinic. Very thorough, fast, and professional. They did not have the frames I was looking for, but they were able to order them in very quickly. Also, they are NOT pushy on up-selling you on lenses that you do not need, but they will mention that they have such lenses if you are interested. For example, I ended up going with more expensive lenses that filter out blue light from computer screens, but I wasnt pressured into getting such lenses. Very good!

Broadway Eye Clinic is hands-down the best eye care center. The staff went above and beyond, working with my insurance and getting me a same-day appointment. The doctor explained everything clearly, and made me feel like I was more than "just another patient."These experiences happen every time I come into the office and I recommend that everyone with eye-care needs schedule your next appointment here.

I recently moved to downtown Salt Lake and I was on the hunt for a good eye doctor. I loved my last doctor and I had pretty high expectations for these guys and they did not disappoint! Every member of the staff that I met was very friendly and helpful. I sent my frames in to have new lenses put it and they came back in a week! I was very impressed with every aspect of my experience here.
