Colleen Hanna - Patient. Did not get a warm feeling at all from the doctor- she really didnt seem to care at all - just going through the motions. When choosing my frames the associate who helped was great. However, they we not honest when I was choosing the options for both pair of glasses. I was adimant that I wanted Transition lenses as I had them on my current glasses and they worked well for me including the level of dark shade they gave in the car while driving and eliminating the need for sunglasses. When wearing both new pair I noticed they were not getting dark at all and called the office. I was told that I my glasses actually had their version of transition lenses and not the brand name - per the office Mgr she has them, they are better than the brand name but take time to darken up - well see. As well one pair I cannot drive in because the distance vision is fuzzy - they are progressives so they really botched the placement of the far, middle & reading section. I havent driven in the other pair yet but will and hope they did a better job. I still have contact lenses coming in so hopefully they got them right. Right now I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. If they rectify all the issues Id say buyer beware. My old eye doc never once had an issue - every pair of glasses or contacts over 15 years were right the first time.

The office was modern, staff was friendly but the follow through was weak. I had my 3 kids,wife and I for an exam. Being new to the area we thought this place looked good. Kids eye exams went well as did mine. As for my wife, well she had her exam and then ended up getting pink eye. Im not sure if its attributed to her visit but its highly possible. Once we were fitted for glasses, we were told normally it can take up to 2 weeks but can be as long as 4. We didnt hear anything after week 2. We called on week 3 and were told it be another week. Well a week passed and still no communication with us. Finally we call on 4/13 and turns out our glasses were there but they had my phone number incorrectly. I filled out 4 different forms with my number and my wife did as well with her number and email address. They were sure able to email me to give them feedback but not to let me know our glasses were ready. Next exam we will look for another location. I dont recommend this place based on our experience.

It was OK but I will not come back to this office again. Everything seemed to be fine until I picked up my glasses. On the day I pick it up, the customer service rep, Blake, adjusted it and it seemed to be OK and He gave me the glasses in a case. Precision of the glasses was not supreme but fine since this was a diffrent type of glass from my old one, though I expected somehow better view. I opened it at my home and found out that there were so many finger prints on the glasses and the hinge got loose because he twisted too much. If this was intentional it cannot be accepted, and if it is not intentional it means that this person is not professional. In either case, I felt bad when I open the case at my place. I came in this office since the review was exellent but I will visit other shop next time I will make my glasses. Simply sad.

Dr. Thuy Yath was probably one of the best and most professional healthcare providers I have ever come across. We had seen two other eye doctors, and neither was able to get the prescription right for my mom (she is 86). And no one could tell her why she was experiencing a scratchy and painful problem in one eye. I live in California, and drove in to take my mom to a NEW eye doctor, and I read the reviews of 20/20, and Dr. Yath. So I made the appointment, and Dr. Yath spent over an hour with my mom, testing her eyes in ways that were totally hi-tech. At the end of it, she told us what the problem was in great detail, gave my mom an Rx for the eye issue (and it is MUCH better!!!), and ordered a new set of glasses. I cannot thank Dr. Yath enough.

Relatively new to Arizona, I have struggled to find a new eye doctor that I felt I could trust. I am very particular about my eyes and I had a great vision doctor in Ohio where I used to reside for over 30 years. I had tried some here but had convinced myself that I would not ever find one as good as my Ohio doctor here in Arizona. Guess what...I think that I might have found an even better one in Dr, Carey Shifrin at 20/20. Dr. Carey and the staff at 20/20 made me feel welcomed and they were very thorough in every detail of testing and evaluation. They know their stuff and are very professional in their involvement with their patients. No more trips to Ohio to get my eyecare! Dr. Carey will be my doctor for the next 30.!

I am so glad my son found this optometrist. From the moment I walked in the door, I felt welcome. Dr. Shifrin was friendly and communicated her findings clearly. I have had other providers send me out for additional testing; however, she did not waste my time ordering testing for a static visual field issue I have had for many years. I especially appreciate that I did not need to have my pupils dilated. Once the exam was over, the staff members took their time helping me select the perfect frame. I highly recommend 20/20 Image Eye Centers.

Dr. Shiffrin saw me on short notice for and eye infection. My eye was swollen almost shut and it hurt! She did a very thorough examination and made a determination that it was preceptal cellulitis! Big term! She prescribed an antibiotic and eye drop! It has been several days and the eye is slowly getting better! Still red, bruised, and swollen but better! It has been 3 weeks, 2 doctors, and 3 prescriptions! We still do not know what has caused it!!! But it is better!!! Thank you, Dr. Shiffrin!

I am happy that I found 20/20 Image in North Scottsdale. The staff is always very friendly. They greet you the moment you walk through the door and there is virtually no wait time unlike almost any other doctor visit where you wait sometimes up to an hour for your "scheduled" appointment. The entire staff makes sure to take their time with you, whether through the exams, fitting glasses, ordering contacts, and/or picking up and fitting glasses. I would easily recommend this center to anyone.

I gotta shave off a star for not being contacted when my computer glasses came in. However! The overall experience was fantastic with everyone at 20/20 Image Eye Centers. I was notified in a timely manner when my driving glasses were in. The person that assisted me with picking out my frames was very helpful and quite funny to work with. My questions were answered with ease which made me comfortable and the Optimap imaging was awesome to see. Its also awesome to see clearly now, so thanks 20/20!
