We have 3 dogs and we had a cat. They have been seen by all the doctors who work their. They take their time, explain things in a way I can understand and present us with multiple ways to treat. They are stand up people and wouldnt take my animals anywhere else. Referred a few people and they always tell me thank you because they get treated the same way I do. Great job guys. Keep it up.

They have always treated my pets as family and we are not big vet people. I had to put my dog down a few weeks ago and they made the whole experience as nice as it could be. They sent a follow up sympathy card with her paw prints and I about cried for an hour. Thank you for your amazing customer service and support through the hard times.

The best! We drive 45 minutes for our dogs to be cared for at Rockford. They dont treat your pet visit like an oil change and try to oversell you on products and they truly care about the work theyre doing. I can not recommend them enough!
