This place is the worst!!! I have to say that Im so disappointed in my dogs care today. I brought her in today to get her nails clipped, have them look at one of her nails that were broken, and get a combination of shots. The nurse comes in to cut her nails and check out the broken one and says, "ok, Im gonna take her back to the doctor so he can check it out." Goes over exam pricing and took my dog. While Im waiting in the exam room, I could hear my dog whimpering and yelping, I go out to the lobby, wait a couple minutes, she comes back w/my dog (ushers me back into the exam room) tells me they pulled her nail pulled off (NEVER CONSULTED ME) and sends me home w/antibiotics. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone and just because theyre cheap, you have no idea what theyre doing to your pets in the back. I had to question everything they did! Why didnt they ask me if it were okay to pull my dogs nail off? Why didnt they tell me how much of the antibiotic my dog needed? Theyre just very unprofessional and not friendly at all. I dont mind them pulling the nail, but it was the courtesy of asking and telling me before they went about the procedure. I went in there for one thing and came out w/something else. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

Took my 3 large dogs to them for the first time. We choose a non busy time as it was a new place for them. There was another large muzzled dog w/non friendly body language in the doorway to one of their rooms. His door should of been shut. My dogs became nervous & went from wagging tails to barking & whining. They put us in our own room & I asked to have the door shut so I could try to calm them down. The vet giving them their shots came in from behind my one dog & it made her start barking again. The vet stood over her & yelled "no!". Not only did this scare my dogs but my husband & I. You could see the whites of my dogs eyes & the fear on her face. Anyone who knows anything about dogs knows when you yell @ them its like barking @ them. Loud deep firm voices are threating to dogs. You should use a high pitch level but firm voice when you deal w/a dog that doesnt know you & always let a scared dog calm down & get used to you first. By talking to its people & looking @ one of the other dogs first. Acting like this vet did can get you bit when dealing w/a scared dog. Ill make the drive to see my old vet from now on.

Great Experience!!! I finally felt like my cat Coony meant something to a vet clinic and not just a number or dollar sign. The vet was amazing, took her time to hear what has been going on, took notes, asked questions, and shared what she would like to test for to see what directions we should take. Before we even moved forward with any tests the vet out-lined the cost for me. Once the tests were completed the doctor talked with me explained what was going with Coony and how we move forward and treat Coony to make her feel better. She also include all the costs now and for the future which was also nice to be better prepared. Everyone was nice, caring towards me and my Coony, and handled her with love. It really was an amazing visit to the vet today for both of us. Coony even relaxed for them which is AMAZING alone. I would highly recommend this office to anyone you cares for their fur buddy and wants the best care. Thank you to all my friends who highly recommended them to us.

This place is fine for minor check ups and vaccinations, but I will not be taking my animals here for anything beyond that ever again. Ive been coming here for a couple years and my cats have only ever needed to get their yearly vaccinations. This week we had a minor incident and had to make an emergency visit. I called and asked if we could come in and I was told that we needed to be there by 8 pm on the dot. This was at 7:45 pm and I told staff that I was clear across town and we were leaving ASAP, but I was unsure if we could make it by 8 pm. She asked the vets and they said it had to be by 8 or not at all. While rushing over there I called again to say we were on our way, and we could definitely make it before 8:05. She put me on hold again to ask and still I was told no and that it had to be 8 on the dot. Thankfully we pulled up at 8 pm and made it, but Im incredibly unhappy with the lack of personal relationship and compromise. We will be finding a new vet clinic.

Took my wonderful 22 year companion here to have him put to sleep, which was so difficult for me as I did not want to let him go. They were so friendly and understanding! IF I ever decide to get another animal, this is where I would take them! They put us in a room by ourselves so we could say our goodbyes. I had called the day before and was so distraught and thought they said to have my baby there before 5pm but when we had gotten there they told me they couldnt do it that day and began to give me the name of a different place as I was crying the nurse ran in the back to see if the doctor was still there which she came back out and said they would help. Would recommend this place to anyone! And they are very affordable! !!!

I would give them a negative if I could. I set up an appointment to get my cat fixed/declawed had to wait almost two months for the next opening since they were so booked out. I call today to see if we need to fast ect since the appt was supposed to be tomorow and get told they dont have me down anywhere. I wrote everything down exact to the number, address, and price and for whatever reason the idiot they had scheduling appointments didnt do it correctly. Whats even worse is now I get told there are no openings for two more months and they wont set up any more spots since they are so booked. Horrible customer service, no apology and they refused to even schedule a new appt. I will be telling everyone to go else where

This place almost killed my cat from a declawing. My cats were so drugged up that they were still rolling around on the floor defecating on themselves and rolling around in it some more. The compression bandages were applied in a very shotty manner and came off hours after pickup resulting in a severely swollen paw. Little did I know when I took my cats in that morning for required surgeries, my cat Nemos son Yoda almost died last night from being so messed up from the amount of drugs he was given. I stayed up all night cleaning freaking urine and feces up because my cats couldnt function enough to drink water for over 20 hours after the surgery.. not ok whatsoever.
