Very disappointed in this vet clinic. Boarded our 1 year old purebred chocolate lab for 3 nights. When we picked him up they said he was good. One week later I get a call from them saying they will not board him again because he is a lab puppy and has too much energy. I would think a vet clinic would know that a lab puppy needs to get out and exercise. Evidently this clinic only lets them out of their kennel a very few times a day, as they advised to take him somewhere where he can get some exercise.

Ive been taking my dogs and cats to University West for years. The Vets are all caring and helpful. They answer all questions and they have made room for me when I have a sick animal. We kennel our dogs AND get their hair cut at University West. My cocker, Walter, is always happy to see the girls up front (they spoil him). I recommend University West to all my family and friends. A+.

Ive been a customer for over 10 years and have never run into a rude staff member, tech, or vet. They are ALL great and the groomer does a fabulous job grooming my finicky Persian. Twice I have had rare medical issues with two different cats and Dr. Takes and Dr. Henning did great researching, pinpointing, and eventually diagnosing. Cant say enough good things about them.

I take all 3 of my cats There and they are always friendly and have the best prices! They have alsways taken very good care of my cats. I love the way they send meds home with them for pain after they have any type of surgery. Some other places do that but the prices are outrageous! I highly recomend University west pet clinic!

The best, most comprehensive care Ive ever enjoyed, by far, from any veterinarian. The best prices Ive found, too! It feels good to be able to afford to take our 2 cats & 2 dogs to the vet any and every time we have a concern about their health. All of the vets there are great. You cant go wrong.

I definitely recommend University West Clinic for your pets medical needs. They have treated my two cats multiple times and have been caring, professional, accomodating, and thorough every time. They are afforably priced and take excellent care of the animals that they treat.

Cant say enough good about this place! Dr Takes is AMAZING...she is so caring and compassionate and is very knowledgeable when it comes to rabbits...which in itself is a rare find! Would recommend them to anyone.
