The staff is always so caring and easy to talk to; they seem to enjoy taking care of our pets [3 cats and 2 dogs!] and do a wonderful job of it! I use this clinic for everything from vet services to grooming to boarding when Im out of town, and the prices are some of the lowest Ive found and not at all at the sacrifice of quality. Dr. Preston is so sweet and I love how she is with the animals. The rest of the staff are knowledgeable and treat us like were part of the family. Many times Ive called up there just for advice and gotten it over-the-phone with not a hint of irritation like youll often get other places. Another bonus is that they accept CareCredit, which was one of the reasons I tried them out when I first moved to Fort Smith. I wouldnt trust our furry family with just anyone, but this place is great; I really cant say enough good things about it!

Unfortunately, I cannot write a review based on veterinary services as I never made it that far. The phone coversation started with a muffled slew of words and a "Will you please hold? *click*". At 15 minutes ON HOLD she quickly asked what she could do for me and then requested I be placed on "another brief hold" (Brief? That was 15 minutes). At 18 minutes and 20 seconds I finally hung up the phone. There was no apology for the hold time which, in my opinion, shows no regard for me or my time. I know what its like to run a busy clinic office and being able to relate is the only reason I stayed on hold for that long. That is poor customer service, in my opinion. I do hope your clinic takes this feedback into consideration.

Keep in mind it has been awhile, We adopted a dog from the local humane society and it was taken here to be fixed. The vet noticed the dog had already been fixed but cut her open anyway. (which was charged to humane society) She also charged us an extra $16 stating the dog had fleas and she gave it Frontline, which the humane society had already done. She would not come out and talk to us, instead we could hear her in the background complaining how she was already doing the spaying for next to nothing, I beleive she gets paid $75 a dog by the humane society. If she doesnt want to do the job then she needs to take her name off the humane societys vet list

We recently switched to Best Friends and couldnt be happier we did. The people who work there are so kind and patient. They seem genuinely invested in your pets wellbeing. It seems like a great work environment as well and everyone treats each other and their customers respectfully. The prices on medication are the best Ive come across and the auto-delivery is a godsend!

I went to get my cat a nice bath and full vaccination and when I picked her up I paid for just that. I told them to do everything they could do because she hadnt been vaccinated in a few years but now she is showing obvious signs that she was not treated.

We have 3 cats and have found Best Friends to be a very good animal clinic. They have been very helpful with the care of our cats and informative of what we need to do to take care of out kitties. Their prices are very reasonable and they are our Vets!!!

I love this clinic, it is so convenient to have puppies check ups, vaccinations, and boarding in one place. Everyone is so pet centered, I think the prices are comparable to others and certainly reasonable. Fell good leaving my paw babies there.
