Dr. Janssen is a phenomenal vet. Having had dogs all my life I can say that he is the best vet I have ever been to. He and his staff are fantastic with our dog, Mocha. He is very knowledgable and is wonderfully clear at explaining. He is also just a really great and caring guy in general. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a vet for their animal. I honestly cannot say enough nice things about him and our experience there.

We took our big guy Sampson the bullmastiff to West Side Veterinary Clinic for the first time a couple of days ago. It was a wonderful experience. We didnt feel rushed at all as Dr. J and his staff got to know our big baby. They did a great job and we know that Sam will be happy to go back. They have the best treats! :) Thanks West Side for your caring and thoughtful clinic.

I love this place! We started out here with our German Shepherd puppy. The secretaries greet you right away loving on your animals. So far the vaccinations have gone smoothly. Dr. Janssen answers every single question you have and informs you about things you dont know. They are a well priced place who care about your animal!

Most amazing environment. The staff is so nice and informative and prices are amazing! Also They even post a picture of pepper (my dog) on Facebook expressing how excited they were to have pepper come for a visit!
