I was at the vet today with my daughter and a customer was having problems with the receptionist. The customer asked the receptionist for her name as she was leaving the building. The receptionist immediately stormed after the customer from behind the desk and confronted her at the exit. Needless to say words were exchanged and my young daughter heard everything. I dont know the background story but the customer asked for her name only. It was not professional as she threaten to call the cops on the customer and didnt take her to a back office to discuss the problem. We will not be coming back here in the future nor do we recommend the professionalism of the front desk staff.

I brought my cat into the hospital with concerns and she ended up having surgery that same day. From the moment I walked into the clinic there was a tremendous amount of support and professionalism from all the staff. The vets there were so incredible at explaining what all the tests showed, and how they were going to treat my fur baby. I can honestly say that I wont be taking my cat to any other place from this point on! A huge thank you to all of the staff at River Hills and a special thank you to Dr. Holly Lillegaard, as well as Dr. Mohr for taking care of Marley. You guys are the best!

Through all of our well-dog and emergency care visits for our familys pets and even through a death, they have consistently provided the best service we have received from clinics in the Mankato area. Techs are also highly trained and provide excellent care and advice. I would always recommend River Hills clinic in Mankato for pet owners!

I am a 21-year-old idiot with no veterinary experience, and I TOLD the vet what was wrong with our cat. It showed multiple symptoms, in addition to the fact that she smelled like LITERAL DEATH. She said "oh shes probably just dehydrated" and sent us on our way, and that poor baby suffered for FOUR more days until we took it back and they were like "yeah we have to put it to sleep". I will never bring another animal here.

We are from out of town and had to make an emergency visit after our dog was attacked by another dog at the state park. Dr. Mohr answered after hours immediately and had the clinic open and ready to go by the time we arrived. Quick and compassionate care was administered and the stitches our dog got look great. Highly recommended!

Brought my cat in for problems with her paws and the vet didnt even take the time to take a bacteria sample. His answer "cat was stressed". He pushed pills and had not exact cause. I took her to a professional vet clinic in the cities and they said she has a bad infection. Two months she has suffered for no reason.

Dr. Nosbush is awesome! She has taken care of out 2 guinea pigs with compassion and professionalism. Both have had surgery with great results. She knows her small animals! I would not take them anywhere else.
