Recently moved to MN. Have seen Dr. Olsen twice, once called from road for help with an injured bird Id hit and another was to bring in a stray, pregnant cat that Id found for a check-up, tests, etc. On both visits Dr. Olsen and her staff were incredibly kind and gentle with both the bird and cat, understood my concerns, and were patient with all of my questions. Furthermore, Dr. Olsen was actually on her way out the first time I called. She spoke to me on the phone about the bird and waited for me to come in which I thought showed her to be a very caring doctor. I called numerous times (Id kept the sweet, pregnant stray cat) with concerns about the cats pregnancy and delivery of her kittens. I even called at 3:30 a.m. the night Sasha had her kittens with questions. Dr. Summers answered on the 2nd ring! It was obvious Id woken him, but he was very patient, understanding and helpful, and alleviated my fears. I was deeply grateful to both Dr. Olsen amd Dr. Summers. Finding veterinarians like them is rare! Im very happy I found such a fantastic vet practice with doctors who really care.

Called to clarify their vaccination certificate which was faxed to me and was put on hold, receptionist couldnt answer a simple question if the dog had rabies vaccine. Had to speak with a technician and was given a run around by her then finally got out of her the dog had never been given a rabies vaccine! Their form says "This is to certify that I have vaccinated against Rabies the Animal Described Below" signed by their veterinarian. Even though the dog had NEVER been given the rabies vaccine and was old enough. I wouldnt recommend this clinic as their policies and paperwork are incorrect. Also the staff wasnt helpful or knowledgeable.

Positively FANTASTIC experience! Worked with Dr. Olson and tech, Grace. They were kind, helpful, and understanding of my 130lb. dogs fear of going inside the clinic. They treated her gently and with patience; not something you see much of these days. I have taken all of my animals to a different facility for many years and was hesitant to try another. But after this appointment I am confident I will be bringing my animals there again. Thank you, SRVC!

Even though my cat hates everybody but myself, you would think troy would have more patience with him. But no!!! He did a quarter of his check up and was extremely rude to me AND my cat. Did i mention i got charged full price for this????? Will never return back there and have told everybody i referred to there to get out of there.

Small town service, staff cares about your pet and you. Overnight stay for cat was as traumatic for the bride, maybe more so, than kitty, eased by the updates and answered questions. Pets seem comfortable there. Almost a shame to bring them back home.

We have used this clinic for 10+ years. I feel they really care about our animals. They give options as to what a form of treatment can be, and if they cant provide treatment- they will direct you to a larger facility.

When I had to put my dog down I was devistated, they were very understanding and helpful. I also recieved a sympathy card and pin in the mail from them after, which really made me feel better! thanks summer ridge!
