Autumn Wheelock

Very disappointed in there service,if your animal needs immediate medical attention, please do not bring them here. Called because my cat showed symptoms of a urinary blockage which if not treated immediately does kill them. They said that the earliest they could get him in was in two weeks. They dont offer drop offs for emergencies or anything. They were nice enough to tell me that he should be seen as soon as possible and wished me the best of luck.

I had to say goodbye to my wonderful F Scott (kitty) yesterday. As always, Dr. Lancello and his team treated us - human and feline - with the utmost care and compassion. We feel blessed to have their quality of care and attention in a business that is becoming all-to-often about processes and procedures versus the animals. These folks handle exotics-- Parakeets and Budgerigars, in our case. They are wonderful, caring people. And the Shop Cat, Toni, is a real sweetie. Im very grateful they are close by. A very fortunate godsend to have good, caring pet doctors. Costs are low, and care is high. As good as it gets, in my 35 years of having pets.

Rich lancello is a genuinely great doctor who really cares about the well being of your family member, its a far drive but we wouldnt think twice about coming here. We have brought both our cats here since they were kittens. The services are affordable and Dr. Lancello is very patient and caring. We really appreciate the care Oliver and Tryg receive at the facility. It is a bit of a drive for us, but well worth it.

Vet was really empathic and nice and my rat is healing up great from her spay. Many other vets in the area were reluctant to do a spay or had never done one before, so Im grateful.

The staff is nice but sometimes its frustrating to get them to refill a simple prescription without having to pay for a visit.
