I made the mistake of trying this practice again. Waited long wait after my apptmt time and then was rushed through the exam by the female doctor who seemed visibly annoyed AT ME! She was uncaring and quickly dismissed my issues and she acted like she couldnt get out of the examining room fast enough. When I commented on my wait and how rushed she seemed, she was quite curt. While I sat there and watched the people come in the door, I realized they must be booking appointments about 10 mins apart - ridiculous. It was a waste of money and time going there and a very disheartening experience. I had tried this practice about a year ago, had to wait a ridiculously long time, was going to leave and then was shuffled into an examining room where there was more waiting. At least then, the male doctor was nice, but the wait was not worth it.

I had the same type of experience here as this other reviewer! Only this was a male doctor. He barely looked at me, and the treatment he performed, did not fix the problem. I know that the laser can work, because it has before, but he didnt do it correctly. I paid a pretty penny for it as well. My daughter went in for her adolescent skin issues, and she was prescribed the very thing she had told him didnt work, it was just a differnt brand. These people are into this for the money only.

My husband went here because he was diagnosed with a skin condition from another doctor. During his first appointment they looked at him and told him he didnt have it. When my husband reported back to the doctor who diagnosed him (it was not his specialty), he insisted that my husband go back and get a biopsy. Turns out he definitely had the condition. They also never reply to the appointment request form on the website.

Im not sure what the others are complaining about, but I visited twice in the last week and I was in and out very quickly. For the initial visit, I had just finished filling out my new patient paperwork before I was called in. The nurse was great and Dr. Manion was as well.

Ive been seeing Dr. Manion for several years and have nothing but good things to say about him. Hes a bit nerdish but I am good with that. I like my Docs to be on top of their game.
