UPDATE: The incorrect billing code was never changed. The office staff told me they couldnt change it, which is patently false. This office is all about the money. Terrible service. Her office coded my procedure wrong and have been appealing the bill since. This was TWO months ago. I was billed for a diabetic specific procedure that costs 3x more than the procedure received and I dont even have diabetes. She also insulted my person while I was in there. Overall, a terrible experience. I would NEVER suggest her services to anyone. After explaining the entire situation to my own PCP, she attempted to reach out. She was treated with utter disrespect as well and she was appalled at the treatment I received under Dr. Meyers care. My PCP will no longer be referring patients to her services. What an awful business this woman is running, not to mention my derm issue was nowhere NEAR being resolved by her terrible services. Do not waste your time.

Unfortunately the billing department is very rude and made multiple mistakes. They never apologized for any of their mistakes. I would never recommend anyone that I care about to go to this business. I requested a follow up on three occasions and no one has contacted me when they said that they would. Ellen was the rudest staff member. She may need to be retrained. Ruth was the only staff member that admitted that they had made a mistake. As of yesterday Ellen is still saying otherwise and again no one has EVER apologized for this 2 month headache.

I called to make an emergency appointment and after not being able to get through for 2 hours i finally got through and was put on hold several times to make an appointment. Finally, the receptionist just told me sorry we have nothing available. She didnt even try to work to get me an appointment or anything she just said sorry and hung up. I will never recommend anyone go here.

I took my daughter to see Dr. Meyer and had a very pleasant experience. Dr. Meyer and her entire staff were very professional and took their time when seeing my daughter. Lisa, the Aesthetician, explained everything thoroughly and totally put my daughter at ease. Would definitely recommend Dr. Meyer and her staff.

Was late because I couldnt call them because they shut their phones off and they wanted to change me $50. Just another doctor solely concerned with money. However if I came at 5 I would wait an hour for my appointment so its bs that their staff would have to work later. They already clearly work longer than 5.

Dr Meyer is very kind and compassionate. She listened to my needs and gave me the information I needed to make an educated decision on my care. Her staff is very friendly and she is great with children. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking a dermatologist!

Dr. Meyer is very sweet and kind. I had bad acne and it went from a large amount of acne to very little. Although it takes her longer with patients and you wait a bit, I recommend her. :)
