AVOID! I came to this practice with one goal. I needed to have a dermal filler on one nasolabial fold. I came through a Groupon. First, I want to emphasize that their work is ineffective! The area injected with a dermal filler looked EXACTLY the same afterward and moving forward, as it did before the procedure was done. But more importantly and shocking...is that a lump of dermal filler collection formed in the PRECISE area that I wanted addressed! To say it was upsetting would be putting it mildly. The TCA peel which I was forced to add on to my Groupon and which I did not want nor need, also did absolutely nothing to benefit my skin. Following an email to Dr Gambhir, he had me return for a follow-up visit. When I arrived, I found his attitude to be condescending, lofty, off-putting, and suspicious of me? This all added to my already high level of discomfort and gross dissatisfaction. To echo a former review above, Dr. Gambhir also intimated that he wanted me to sign all kinds of legal documents. I found this to be very strange and refused. Bottom line: do not waste your money. They are INEFFECTIVE. And I believe in my heart that their main mission is interest in your money. They put on a very good front. I would avoid this practice like the plague.

I had a wonderful experience when having my lip injections done. After watching a few videos on you tube of the procedure I was going to be having done I somewhat scared myself. When I arrived the front desk staff was friendly, forms were ready, and no wait! Lindley took the time to ask me exactly what I wanted, showed me examples, and then gave her expert opinion of what she thought I should do. I took her advice and I am so glad that I did! I am beyond happy with my lips they look very natural and full! The procedure was ultimately painless, quick, and you can see results immediately! All of my friends and family love them and a few of my friends have already looked into getting theirs done by her! All around great experience (and this is coming from someone who has never taken the time to go a google review) A+++ I am overly excited about my improved lips!

Having been to other docs and day spas in the past Ive been ontop of my skincare since my early 20s. Preventative maintance is key (along with a healthy diet) in keeping your skin, the largest organ of your body, healthy. That said health and beauty go hand in hand as well as maintaining a more youthful appearance, and who doesnt want that? Drs. Gambhir are not only super sweet they are truly skilled professionals with a highly trained staff. They are also aware that we all need to budget and they offer fantastic specials on services and a rewards program with free skin care products that would cost hundreds in other practices. I highly recommend Drs. Gambhir and trust them with my health and beauty needs.

I felt great comfort in the way my questions were answered by Dr Gambhir and her staff. I never felt rushed or pushed. I was given the time, attention, and caring needed. Even when I returned home I had a question for the Dr., and the staff immediately responded. Im not proud to admit it but Im a Groupon junky looking for the next best Botox deal that comes along. Ive been to many Drs offices around the area and found Coutures pricing very reasonable. Their office is stylish and clean. After the experience at Couture I doubt if I will ever go any where else again. I highly recommend Couture and Drs Gambhir!

I tried this place about a year ago and had my forehead done w Botox. While there she convinced me to have around my eyes done to pull it all together. None of it worked. Iv had Botox a couple times before this experience and its always worked to the fullest. When I called to say it barely did anything they had me come in and told me I had to wait longer for the full effect ( which I never had to do in the past ) and then after more time past and I called they basically told me I would have to pay for more ! Lol. Bye Never again.

The office staff is very nice & welcoming. When you have an appointment at 11, you actually get in at 11. Dr. Gahmbir is really good at listening to what your concerns are & offering solutions. He never pushes to have you do extra procedures but gives you his input on what you should look into in future for best results. His staff is very nice & office is warm & cozy! I drive from Annapolis, MD to see Dr. Gahmbir. That should tell you a lot.

Although I contemplated having facial fillers done for well over a year so needless to say I did a lot of internet research for the best in the area which brought me to Gambhir Cosmetics. Doctor and her Staff were not only knowledgeable, they are completely understanding of a patients fears/apprehensions and put no added pressure... in addition Dr. Gambhir was very conservative in application so I would be happy ... AND I AM!

Reasonably priced,extremely professional & knowledgeable which made me comfortable at hello.. Im not just talking about the Dr.Anshul Gambhir but every staff member in the Couture K.O.P office . They made me feel as if I were in good hands & from the looks of my results I now know that I was in great hands . Glad to have found Couture for my cosmetic wants.. Conveniently located on Allendale road, I arrived on time and was taken back for my my consult within minutes. Everyone in the office is extremely friendly especially Dr Vibha Gambhir. The PA took all the information and within minutes I received my procedure. Very happy with results. I have been a patient in the Exton office for 8 + years and have been very pleased with all my procedures.

I had my first visit at Dr. Gambhirs King of Prussia office in August for a cosmetic procedure. I wasnt sure what to expect but the experience was top notch. The doctor was so patient and kind. I ended up booking a series of treatments because if Im going to spend $ on discretionary services, I want to feel comfortable and taken care of. Dont hesitate to give them a try!

Excellent staff. Came in from a groupon. So pleased with my results! Had he a similar procedure before and wasnt pleases with the results. I showed up a day early to my appointment.
