I was going to DermOne in West Deptford. They changed to Certified Dermatology. I was supposed to have an appointment but after waiting over 30 minutes after my appointment time I was told I did not have a referral. I had one and it even said Certified Dermatology but because it didnt have some specific number on it it didnt count. No one informed me of this. I wasted my morning and had to reschedule. I was also out of medicine and because the doctor changed I could not get a refill without first seeing him. I the evening before my next appointment I get a phone call saying my provider wont be available so I have to reschedule my appointment. Now I have to wait another two weeks before seeing the doctor. This makes it over a month without my medicine. I cannot comment on the actual doctor but so far I am far from impressed with the business practices.

This place got one star because I liked the doctor. He seemed to do a good job. His support staff across the board is inexperienced and has done horrible job with me, from scheduling appointments, removing stitches to the nurse practitioner attempting to locate the stitches that they missed... They get an absolute fail. Support staff matters!!!!

I had Dr.Trivedi who was professional, friendly, and well educated. The wait time was about 20 mins but its a doctors office, they see a ton of patients every day. The visit was worth the wait and the staff was very friendly. Im looking forward to going back!

Bad Business

Waited over 45 minutes after my appointment time! Unacceptable and did not happen when it was Dermone. I will not be back.
