0 (zero) stars. Unfortunately there is not a negative. So unprofessional. No one knows what anyone else is doing in the office. There is no communication. When I was there for a consultation after having a biopsy I was taken into a dirty (garbage can overflowing onto the floor) phototherapy room that didnt even have a chair and a receptionist gave me the results of the biopsy. When I asked to speak with the P.A. who did the biopsy I was told she "wasnt seeing any patients anymore that day". I asked if she was in the office and was told yes. The receptionist said yes but the P.A. (Victoria) would not come out to speak with me. I was given devastating news of a biopsy by a receptionist who couldnt even understand what was written on the paper in front of her and because it was a Friday afternoon the P.A. didnt want to be bothered to come and explain it to me. I then received a letter in the mail stating they did not want to service me anymore (as if I would ever go back there again). The staff is rude and uneducated. The "professionals" are the most unprofessional medical personnel I have ever dealt with and I would not recommend taking a dog to their practice.

Me and my two family members have decided today that we will NEVER be coming back to this practice after coming here for over 5 years. I spend over and hour in the waiting room and was called back 40 minutes after my appointment with no apology or explaination for the wait. I was then seen by Dr. Spencer for LESS THAN 4 MINUTES. During those 4 minutes she did nothing to help me and did not listen to me or the fact that I said I did not want a topical acne treatment. She then walked out and a nurse came in with my prescription for a topical acne treatment. I will never be coming back here. Their customer service is horrible and they are disrespectful to their patients. I do not know how Dr. Spencer can justify taking $90 from a patient for 3 minutes of her time during which she did not help in any way. I can find better dermatological information online than I can at this practice and I have had appointments with at least 4 doctors here. I feel so disrespected and I will be looking for a new dermatologist immediatey as will my parents. I suggest everyone else does the same, they do not deserve your money.

Im a guy and HATE going to the hospital or the doctors office. They made the whole process painless and quick. I was hesitant to go to this place after reading so-so reviews on Google, but the dermatologists at Christiana kept hanging up on me. Burke Dermatology didnt have any openings for over a month. I called Panzer yesterday to schedule an appointment as a new customer. They had a cancellation, so I was able to squeeze in the very next day, so I was happy about that. When I got there, I was in the waiting room for a maximum of 10 minutes before seeing the dermatologist. I was in and out in less than half an hour. I got the prescription I wanted with no blood drawn, no needed physical though them and no bs. $62 dollars to see the dermatologist to get a $9.20 Finasteride prescription good for 120 days isnt bad at all. I thought it would have been around $500 or so.

I have been a patient of Dr. Masheks for 10+ years. Dr. Mashek herself is great but when I called in June and told the person that answered the phone that I had lesions on my face (repeated it 3 times) I was told that I wouldnt be able to see Dr. Mashek until September. So I settled (but paid the same amount for and had to wait 2 months to see) for a nurse practitioner who was curt, quite cold, and only paid attention to half of what I was there for. I was treated with complete indifference and it was clear that the person who called to give me my results had better things to do with her time. I cant tell you how much $$ Ive spent on prescriptions that didnt work. Im sorry to leave Dr. Mashek - its hard enough just going to the doctor but then to be treated the way Ive been treated is unacceptable. Too large of a practice - no one really cares about you.

I went to Panzer for a tattoo consultation to have tattoos removed, not only did the people from Panzer tells to my face that it was to expenses for me to Afford They had the nerve to bill me 6 months later for $18.34, now everyone eles I went to didnt charge me one red cents for a consultation but these pricks did. When I called to ask about the bill they gave me some lame excuse that cause I asked a question about acne I was billed. Didnt know a 30 second Conversation was worth almost 20 dollars. Panzer didnt preform one procedure on me nor write me a prescription of any kind for medication. Yet Panzer billed my Insurance company 143.00 for services and didnt do jack. This is what is wrong with our healthcare system today!!! My review is dont bother with these people, they are not worth the headache

I am a patient of this practice and happened upon these one and two star reviews and felt compelled to set the record straight. I only have one caution; it does take awhile to obtain an appointment. That said I attribute the longer than average wait for an appointment to their popularity. I wasnt happy with my dermatologist and asked my doctor to refer me to someone else. He highly recommended Panzer and Ive been a patient for 2 years and am very happy with my results. The physicians are very knowledgeable and caring. Further to wait times. A recent biopsy determined I had several squamous cells and they assigned me an appointment within one week of the results being known.

These guys do a bit better than some of the other reviewers give them credit for. It is true though that you will wait a long time for an appointment one way or another. However, Ive never seen their facilities dirty, theyve been patient and understanding with my billing, and ultimately theyve saved my skin (literally and figuratively) after finding larger health issues post diagnosis of a rare skin condition. If youre in a hurry, Christiana Care will do in a pinch, but the folks at Panzer know what theyre doing and do it well.

I was a patient for quite a long time and was treated good but I developed a new skin condition and they told me it was from the sun and old age in my mind I knew I was only in the sun 3 months out of the year and I wasnt that old but I knew I was changing doctors because of insurance so I went to a different dermatologists and was diagnosed with a disease , they did a skin scrapping which was never done there so I feel so much better now knowing that I was correct and thank God I got a 2nd opinion.

I recently visited the office on Stanton Road for a skin check-up and biopsy. The ladies at the front desk were very kind and personable. The Nurse Practitioner, Rachel Neumoyer was excellent. She was able to remove a skin lesion for me right on the spot. She wanted to convenience me however she could and took the time for the procedure even though I was not scheduled for the particular procedure. If you are not sure who to see I would definitely suggest her! Thank you :)
