I had the worse experience here. The front desk was the only great service there when I went back to get my face checked out I felt like there wasnt enough information given to me. I went in because I did not know what was going on with my face it just broke out but it was itchy so I had no idea if it was an allergic reaction to something or just acne because of my diet but the docotor did not make it any better. She just told me she was going to prescribe me with allergy medicine which was expensive and didnt even work. She didnt touch my face she didnt exam it she just took a picture of my face and my appointment was literally 5 minutes. So I stopped taking the medicine because it wasnt getting any better and my mom just told me to put aloe vera on my face every night and thats what has been clearing up my face I will never go here again.

Dr. Erum Ilyas is very thorough, timely, and extremely warm and in a perfectly professional manner. I was comfortable from the moment I walked into the office and left about a half an hour later with exactly the same feeling. Ive been to many dermatologists throughout the years and just about all of them were promoting their own products. She does not do that at all. Shell even tell you what you can get over the counter at your local pharmacy to save you money. She does not compromise her medical license to sell products. I was in good hands and I could feel it.

Dr Ilyas is amazing. I went to 3 different doctors for a rash on my back and nobody could figure out what was causing it. They eventually told me it was eczema and gave me a steroid cream but something told me that I didnt have eczema. I made an apt with Dr Ilyas. Dr Ilyas was the only one who correctly diagnosed my condition. The only complaint is be prepared to wait. Sometimes I have to wait a long time in the waiting room but I think it is worth the wait.

Horrible front desk people. They talk like valley girls about their personal lives and treat you like youre interrupting an important conversation when you walk up to them. They also lost my appointment and fought with me about fitting me in the day that it was originally scheduled for. The doctor and her assistants are wonderful. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

The new address is 860 First Ave. Ste 8B still in King of Prussia. Its located in the Metropolitan Business Center. For some reason this doesnt come up through google, but the address is updated on the website.

The place is unprofessional if they give you an appointment time they dont call you to the back until like 30 mins later then they take another 20 mins to see you very ridiculous
