Went in for a DOT physical and was expecting a long wait. My appointment was at 10am and I found myself done with the physical and back home by 11:45am. The staff here was very nice and friendly. I found the only male staff of the group (Cody) to be professional, patient and helpful with filling out the forms and answering my questions. As always I was nervous when taking a physical exam (im just a bit over weight) but once i was in the room and I saw how polite, professional and sexy my nurse Marissa was I forgot about being nervous and enjoyed our conversation as it put me at ease. The doctor entered the room (the only doctor on staff today) and even though she had a bunch of patients waiting, she was professional, informative and answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. In short the entire staff (Marissa, The Doctor, Mandy, Cody and jessica) were all helpful and professionals and provided a positive medical experience.........I would recommend this concentra location to everyone.

This urgent care gave me the hardest time. I came here to take a simple drug test and I did not have my documents. I had my documents faxed over less than 2 minutes. 6 minutes later the receptionist tells me that my documents were not sent over yet. I called the party that faxed my documents over, they gave me a confirmation number and everything. I gave it to the receptionist while Im still on the phone. The receptionist looks again, "oh I have it." No apology or anything. I finally get called back there and this racist lady decided to be funny and say my name wrong, I corrected it. Then she proceeds to say "whatever." So far, Im not receiving any decent customer service. On top of that i could not take my inhaler into the bathroom. I honestly thought they were tag teaming me and being rude. What I did was put my inhaler in my bra just in case. I may not have been treated nice, but they was not going to kill me either. #Stand up, fight back, no more black man under attack!

Waited for almost 2 hours, went into the back and in front of everyone including patients and staff was asked very loudly what my issue was and then again loudly handed me a cup and was asked to P in it and then bring it back to her. Embarrassed, I did so and then she took my urine and set it on the counter in front of everyone. Then I had to wait another 30 minutes to see the doctor when the doctor asked what was wrong he prescribed me a medication I was allergic to which I told the nurse I was allergic to. Then I got the right prescriptions and went to right aid right afterwards came back an hour later to right aid and apparently he prescribe me the wrong medication, he didnt even prescribe me the medication to fix my issue. He only gave me pain medication. What a joke.

Didnt even go in, CAT BITE, INFECTION, im a disabled Veteran and for me to drive from new Baltimore Michigan where i work, to Detroit VAMC it would take me an approximately an hour. Sit in ER for god knows how long then go and wait another hour for a script which will take up the rest of the day, but i need to go back to work. id rather go in an urgent care get seen by a physician, get a script and go back to work. Concentra starts at $130 Cash to be seen. I told her i am a veteran, its an emergency and no other insurance and thats what she does for me? Im going to another urgent care that only charges $75, thanks for nothing. Ive had good luck with them anyways, only thing sucks its in Livonia but they dont screw people for that green, you overpriced hack.

I am the Director of Safety Operations for an OTR Transportation Company in Clinton Township. I utilize Concentra for all of our DOT regulated drug screening as well as physicals. The staff at Concentra Chesterfield are always friendly and extremely helpful. Even when they get backed up, as ALL testing facilities do, I really dont mind the wait. They offer beverages and snacks and deliver them to your seat! Mandy is definitely my favorite; its nice to do business where youre known by name, treated with respect, and always greeted with a smile! -SKMK Transport

I went to this location due to a UTI. They were a little unprofessional, but that didnt bother me much. What was disappointing was, after sending my sample to the lab, either they, or the lab, made an error and did an incorrect test. No one even bothered to all me about this. When I contacted them, they informed me of this, and said I could come back in and give another sample. Perhaps I just had bad luck with this office, but I felt they were disorganized and gave poor service.

The employees were very kind and friendly, however, I spent over 3 hours there for a drug test and TB test. I understand that it is also an urgent care and there were injuries that came in after me and deserved to be attended to before me, however, they need more than one doctor on sight or a different method for addressing the different needs that walk through the door. I needed these tests to begin a new job, and lost an entire day of work due to sitting around.

Went to Concentra in Chesterfield for pre-employment drug test. Its a walk-in clinic, so I called to ask how long it would take. They told me the wait was usually 30-45 minutes, but since it is walk-in it would all depend on how busy it was. I waited a little over 45 minutes, but once I was called in it went lightning fast. Tech was very pleasant and polite.

Best experience yet ... went in for a DOT recert ... The PA went the extra mile and took extra time with me.. I didnt feel like just a number. The MA on the other hand used the wrong cuff and gave me a false high reading. The PA corrected this and put me at ease.

This place is a joke! Since when is the wife NOT allowed in the room with her husband! Even when he says he want you in their!!! The nurse was rude!! Not friendly at all any of them!! If you hate your job that bad you shouldnt have chosen that career!!
