These people have permanently mentally damaged me. Im frightened. This place was supposed to help me with my mental health problems but instead caused permanent damage. Natalie the physician assistant was so snotty and rude. Her personna was that she is better than everyone else. And shes there above us all. She made me feel as I am a horrible person. I will never go back to this place after the damage they cause to me. The office manager was so hostile to me when I asked for my records to be sealed or shredded he refused to do anything for me. He yelled unprofessionally at my to my face with such anger I was embarrassed in front of whole front office staff and all the clients waiting in the waiting room I ran out the front door so frightened for my life that this guy was going to hurt me. I went to this practice 2 times and that was 2 2 many. They are money pushers and instead of telling me there is a process to mental healthy and that I would need this evaluation and that before the doctor could even think about putting me on a treatment plan. I wasted all this money each time and billing my insurance just to be shoved out the door with a list of necessity that needed to be done prior. I couldnt believe the unprofessionalism and uncurtisy that these people had here. It blew my mind. So I wanted to share with you all this amazing story on how such a nice guy like me could go in to a Psychiatry practice to get mental help and walk out permanently mentally damaged. Love on people. Take care. I deserve a huge apology.

I switched from my old psych to Dr Sajan the beginning of 2017 and have had nothing but a positive experience. The waiting area is small and you sometimes may have to wait 30 minutes to an hour, but during that time you will most likely see an intern who will ask you basic questions and relay the information to whomever you see. Not to mention a wait time is very typical in a doctors office, particularly a psychiatry office. Tracy the receptionist is very nice and greets patients by name, which makes you feel very welcomed. I was surprised that the first few visits I actually did not meet with Dr Sajan, but her PAs instead; Katie and Natalie. Both of them are very personable (Katie especially!) and really take their time to listen to you. I actually prefer meeting with Katie or Natalie to meeting with Dr Sajan, as they actually seem to listen better. That said Dr Sajan still does listen and obviously cares (she helped me realize I was downplaying my symptoms). Katie and Natalie make you feel very comfortable talking about your symptoms, especially when talking about ones that may make you feel bad about yourself or embarrassed. Im still in the process of finding meds that work for me, so I do have to go to the office frequently, but Id much rather them want to check in with new prescriptions rather than just prescribing something and not caring what happens. I am happy with this practice and will continue to go here for the foreseeable future.

I have been dealing with anxiety/depression for most of my life and switched to Dr. Sajan after a horrible experience with my previous physician. They were very quick to get me an appointment since it was time sensitive involving my prescriptions. After my first few appointments and getting established, I didnt see Dr. Sajan anymore, I saw her P.A.s. I was ok with this since they were very knowledgeable, but I definitely wasnt used to that at first. I always made my appointments first thing in the morning otherwise Id be waiting to be seen for awhile. They are a very small and busy practice, so its understandable. The only reason I left the practice is because I moved out of state. I was overall satisfied with the treatment I received. They always returned my phone calls, fit me in when I needed, and helped me through a hard time in my life.

Very disappointed. First time I waited over 30 minutes but supposedly there was some sort of emergency causing the delay. Well my 2nd appointment was today and I waited 35 minutes to be seen. I was sent back to the waiting room after talking to one person to continue waiting for my PA. I was finally seen 50 minutes after my original appointment time. The waiting room is...lacking. Theres a giant stand alone AC unit that is SO loud, and the entire facility is pretty warm/stuffy. I very purposefully chose Dr. Sajan, and never saw or met her. I was put with a PA which would have been fine, had they told me beforehand. They asked a lot of questions the first time but the second time I felt like no one was listening to me. I was only with the PA for 3 minutes. Im not sure if Ill be back.

Ive been coming here for 2.5 years and I love it. I travel from Tampa to Clearwater to come to them and its worth it. Tracy is always sweet and remembers me and is always extremely kind and understanding with scheduling issues and refills. Ive read a lot of the complaints on these reviews about the students and interns and you should not be discouraged. They are medical students who need the hours and experience to become doctors. They just ask you prep questions to see how your mood is before the doctor sees you. The only reason i didnt give it 5 stars is because the wait is usually a bit longer than id like, but thats due to volume of patients. This office is awesome and they even have later hours for those of us who work 9-5 and cant get off work all the time for appts.

Went for an appt. And was told i was a no show and owed 50.00 when they told me the date it was the date that I had one of the worst heart attacks you can have the widowmaker. The office manager told me he would waive the fee this time but not to let it happen again....And that im taking time away from from peaple who need help when i dont show up I am sorry for inconviencing you Ill plan better next time....place is a joke. As far as managment goes money grubbers. And I wold have rated it a zero star if offered...must say Tracy and P.A.s are very nice.

Absolutely horrible place. Nothing but students. Youll wait for hours each and every single visit. Once you actually see someone it will be an intern over and over again. This is your typical bottom of the barrel type place that bleeds the insurance companies and could care less about you. This place is by far the absolute worst of the worst. Youll see at your first appointment when your waiting from one waiting area to another and never see an actual doctor unless she happens to open a door and say hello and leave. Absolutely horrible! !!!!!!!!!

There is a formula to getting better. I have been seeing Dr. Sajan for year and half and shed changed my life. My medications have changed several times because of my behavior. The meds that I am on now are a perfect formula for me. Dr. Sajan has made me realize that it takes time and patience to respond to my medications. Now I can function better every day. I recommend Dr. Sajan because of her expertise.
