Rude Beyond Belief. I arrived at 7:10, others were there the staff was rude and indifferent. Around 7:45 firefighters started arriving for some routine testing and they were taking them ahead of us who were waiting which is understandable to a degree, but one woman asked why they were being taken ahead of her, she had a medical emergency, The nurse receptionist told her she just had to wait and to sit down. She asked again and received the same response. She asked for the receptionists name, she gave it then the patient asked for her last name we assumed to be to report her rude behavior. She finally looked away from her computer and curtly said " I am not giving you my name, whats YOUR name." the patient said she was not taking this and left. About 15 minutes later myself and two other guys got up to ask the receptionist how long it would be, she didnt look up and just said no idea, the one guy had an appointment for 30 minutes earlier, and then we left. They must have some kind of monopoly or they would not be in business. On their website there is not even a place to email them with a complaint. Not a good place at all, if you have an option go somewhere else

I agree with the other poster. Crude, rude and unacceptable. Like the other poster said crude handwritten signs in dirty elevator and dirty desk with sign in sheet full when I got to desk. I had to write my name over the top of other disclaimer info as there was not one at the desk. Ann at the front desk was so rude and nasty it just did not make sense. They were not busy so its not like she was under any pressure. So I said "you guys are a real bundle of joy around here" to her - he smartass retort was "what do you want me to do cart wheels and sing songs?" I replied with "No be human" - they try and pretend they are better than everyone else or that they are better to work in this place but water finds its own level. This place is dirty, the people are rude and the way things customers are treated is terrible. This Quest Diagnostics is indicative of everything that is wrong with American medical system. Ill go to another location or center before I return to Nurse "Ann" Rachet. What a terrible experience ... glad to know Im not the only one.

We had appointment and very treated so unconcerned that a robot would have been better. Lack of good morning, hello or any human nicety at all. I took my 86 year old aunt; we were asked to get out and wait in the hall before she was back with the urine. She is 86 the other lady was not older than 45 and we were not done yet. I told them not until you are done. Way to really treat people with no respect. It was like a Petz dispenser in reverse! Lack of eye contact or even any verbal information as to what to do next. People seem not to matter in that office. They were not rude just lacking any care or emotion or even putting to cents of personal touch at all. My aunt walks slow she is 86 and has asthma and is diabetic and was on fasting and she hates needles... So way to make her feel like just a number. The only person that showed some good bedside manners was the actual phlebotomist. The secretarial staff needs some lessons on how to be just welcoming! No one loves going to get poked by needles!

Worst customer service ever. Every, and I mean every, time we go there we have insurance billing issues. We get bills in the mail stating we owe them money. After calling our insurance company we get the check number and the date that Quest cashed the payment in full check. We then have to call Quest and wait forever to speak to a CS representative. They will not call your insurance company, or make any effort whatsoever, to try to resolve a problem. They actually refused to take a phone number and a reference number from the insurance company to resolve the issue. They refuse to call our insurance company and they state that our insurance company must call them. I explained our insurance company will not call them since they paid the amount in full and have the cancelled check. You will waste hours of your time trying to resolve problems. Stay away!!!!!!!! Do you need these hassles????? Happens every time!!! Find another lab!!!

They were efficient and businesslike though not friendly. The woman ahead of me was in the wrong place and the receptionist while terse when asking for the woman’s paperwork was polite and friendly when giving her directions and sending her to the proper lab elsewhere in the building. The waiting area has seating for around 50 people but there were only 2 other people there when I arrived and I was in and out in 10-15 minutes. The building they are in is next to Largo Medical Center and has a parking garage in back.

I have gone to other Quests since my visit here. I feel that the whole mood is set by the friendly feeling you get when you arrive. This particular day several months back it was not there at all. It was very business like. I am a very friendly person and connect better with the same. So for this reason I have not gone back. I have been to others since and opt to go a little further out of my way for a better experience. Just what works for me.

Was not given the adequate supplies needed for an important sample I needed to bring back. Not very intelligent people there. Time waster. Dont bother trying to call because the only number you can find for a location is a toll free call center which you will wait for a long time, gave up after 10 Minutes. Where do you report these workers that arent trained or qualified to do the job they are supposed to?

Phlebotomists are rude, they have rude hand writtten signs hung in the elevator and the lab waiting room. I have my blood drawn often and the technician did one of the worst, most careless draws i have ever had. At one visit a tech actually came into the waiting area and scolded the folks waiting to listen for their names when they were called. I pity any child who might be brought there.

I love this facility because they are one of the few places open at 6:30 a.m. I was in and out within 15 minutes and the staff was awesome. I dont usually post reviews but Im going in again tomorrow morning and since I saw all of the negative comments, I didnt feel that was fair. Funny how things get twisted and people have nothing better to do than complain. Just get over it!

OMG. My chief complaint was with my primary, then my husband went for some testing. Were told his sample is gone. Not being able to get a hold of anyone at the branch(unheard of), and after reading all these ratings, I dont want him to go back there. Lost his blood... Ive never heard of such a thing.

Horrible experience. Felt as if I were on a conveyor belt that robots were operating. Place felt dirty. Not hospitable at all. They even said I would have to pay for part of test, I declined. Later found out insurance most definitely covered test. Never ever again will I return here.
