I waited seven months for an appointment with this business. I call them on my way and tell them that im running a few late because of accidents which i couldnt have helped. Well i show up and the receptionist goes to tell me that i cannot be seen due to the fact that i was almost 10 minutes late. I went to tell her that i called and let someone know i was running late and that person said it was okay. Well the receptionist told me they still could not see me and that it was a $95 rescheduling fee. If i could give this place no stars i would because they dont deserve any. Go anywhere but here.

I have had a terrific experience with this practice. The staff has always been courteous and positive. When I need my prescriptions refilled over the phone they always get back to me quickly. I feel well supported by my practitioner and would highly recommend Behavioral Optima I Health to others. I am sorry to see the other negative reviews, and felt compelled to leave my own because I have had the total opposite experience.

The staff at reception and refilling meds are unprofessional and make you feel like trash and not a person. Avoid this place, seriously.
