This office must have been nice 5 years ago according to other reviews, but a lot has changed. I absolutely CANNOT stand this office. The receptionists are rude and unfriendly. I am a healthy 23 year old and Dr. Tess insists I come to her office every 4 months... at first it was every 6 months and then suddenly it changed. (I am assuming so she could get more money). I am a full-time working person who does not have vacation days...so I can only come in when I have a holiday, but they dont accommodate that, and will refuse to refill my prescription. Its ridiculous. You cant speak with the doctors on any occasion. (Even if its an emergency) And you cant leave them a message of any kind. Voicemail or E-mail. So you have to communicate through the receptionists to your doctor. STAY AWAY from this place!!!!

I have been a patient of Dr. LaRose before Cornerstone Health Services was established, and have been going to this location since it has opened. I have always found the staff to be nothing but helpful and very courteous at all times. There is never a long wait, generally you are taken to an examination room within 10 minutes. A nurse gets your information as to the reason for visit, checks blood pressure and weight before the doctor sees you. Your doctor then generally sees you with the next five minutes for your exam. This is a very well run organization.

I visited Dr. Tess after having a very scary experience over the weekend and left her office feeling embarrassed and stupid. I was told that my test results were good, but I still have no answers for what would have caused my issue. Not even a suggestion. Plus, I still have to wait for my bill to come in the mail, which I have no idea of the cost because nobody could give me a price at either offices I visited for what I had done. Find a doctor who wants to help you, because this one doesnt seem to care unless theres an easy explanation.
