was referred to this office from USCIS to get an immigration medical examination done. The DR filled out the form incorrectly and did not follow important updates on the governments website. Due to the error at the office by the DR, I was DENIED my greencard at my interview and could face removal proceedings. When I went into the office to ask for a refund, I was denied a refund simply bc the form was filled but it was just "incorrectly done". This is a poor response. Furthermore, I was not given a completely new medical form, just a correction made which I requested to have a new form filled out because thats what the immigration office requested. This was a half job and is still incomplete. Please let me know how I can get a refund for a service that was NOT COMPLETED and my medical was rejected again due to not getting what they asked for in the first place. I do not trust this place to redo another medical for me because I am still denied my status due to the error at this office and doctor.

I wish it went like other reviews I read online. Tonight I called at 10:10 PM. I asked if Concentra took Blue Care network and the woman on the phone said yes. I asked if they could do a strep test she said yes. I took time to drive over with my daughter there. The guy at the counter had me fill out paperwork after he looked at my insurance. I sat around for 30 minutes after about 15 minutes a woman came out and said she did not know if my daughter could be seen. She took my paperwork and it sat on the shelf another 15 Minutes. 10:50 came up and the woman said I need the insurance cards (I offered them with the paperwork 15 minutes before) she said we dont take either insurance companies I have. She said I could pay out of pocket at a minimum of $130.00. I declined tomorrow I will go to Henry Ford 4 miles away a real urgent care. This is where I would have gone if it wasnt after 10 PM. Im sure it will be wort the wait.

After my husband was sent here due to a car accident on company time he filled out paperwork (no big deal, thats normal) but to be treated in a rude tone, made him wait almost 3 hours to see a Dr (who was very nice). To the receptionist/medical staff: you work there for a reason, and when you enter the workforce as a medical assistant or any medical field you need to to learn to treat ALL YOUR PATIENTS WITH DIGNNITY AND RESPECT. The last place my husband wanted to be was there with rude ass ppl as yourselves. Understaffed is no excuse to be rude either. If it wasnt for him having to go to your location, I def would have taken him someplace much cleaner, and someplace where he could feel like they cared. LEARN TO TREAT ALL PATIENTS WITH RESPECT!!!! I will NEVER Recommend a single person to your establishment. Time for your manager to re-evaluate their choice for employees.

Im a big guy so the PA just assumed that I had sleep apnea! They didnt have the right size blood pressure sleeves so they kept getting high readings. I left and went to my doctor. My blood pressure was normal and he laughed about the sleep apnea! How can you say you did a physical when they didnt check as my throat, ears, lungs, heart or heart beats!? Maybe I should of assumed the PA had Demensia because he was old! The worst thing is, now I have a 3 month DOT card when I should of got a 1-2 year card. Next time my company wont pay for it, itll be $80 out of my pocket!

The people who work here are serious assholes. Do you yourself a favor and go to any other Urgent Care in Macomb County. They tried to tell me they dont accept Blue Cross and Blue shield. After I pointed to a sign 20 feet away that explains that they do, the worthless excuse for a human being told me my plan was an out of state plan (even though it says" of Michigan" right on the card!) Since my drivers license is from another state (I have a residence in 2 places) the office lady was convinced that my insurance card was wrong! What a joke!!

This is the second time Ive tried Concentra. First time I left and went to my own personal physician. This 2nd try did not yield anything impressive. The Friday visit was long and frustrating. I left having made an 8:45 am appointment for Monday morning and sat there more than half an hour waiting, only to be moved to a room and wait some more. Whats the point in making an appointment and its not kept. Then when taken to PT sat there some more. The ratio of patients to therapists was unbelievable. Not good.

Ive been a patient here twice because of work injury and the staff were very sensitive to my needs and were able to get me in/ out quickly so I could get home and recover, especially the second time I had to visit. After being hurt, getting sent to a clinic that no longer existed, then spending two hours in traffic to get to this location (because its nearest where I live) they were apologetic, understanding, and able to get me treated and released. I really appreciated it. Thank you again!

When going to an Urgent Care facility I fully expect to wait up to an hour before I am seen. Accidents and sickness happen, and I realize I am not the only person living on this planet. That being said, I went in yesterday at 7pm to complete a pre-employment drug test and was seen within 15 minutes. The facility was clean, the staff nice and professional, and I am completely satisfied with my visit. Life happens, learn to pack your patience.

This place is a joke. They do not honor appointment times. I had an eight am appointment. I walked in a few minutes before eight and signed in. At that time I told them I had an 8 am appointment. They took every single person there before me back before they took me. Walks in should come after appointments. They dont care, they have an oh well attitude..

If I could give 0 stars I would. waited 3 hours for a pre-employment drug screen. office staff is somewhat friendly but does not know what is going on or what they are doing. if you can go absolutely anywhere else. do it. this is less than a last resort place to be.

Nursing staff Chelsea and Mitch were great at intake and taking vitals. Dr Hodroj was very pleasant and had a good sense of humor. I came here for a work prescribe physical and drug screen but would happily return anytime I needed to be seen. Great job!
