A month after my initial review I called to obtain by X-rays for a visit to a specialist. The lady whom I spoke with said it would be no problem to pick them up on my way. I arrived and was informed I had to go to the Garfield location which was not possible since I was on my way to the specialist. This whole practice is a joke! The care I received from Dr Beltran was above average. The care from the male dr was just ok. Overall my visits did help my back pain, but the cost was the highest of the 6 chiropractors I have been to since 2010. I have good insurance that covers 16 chiropractic visits. I went to a great dr in Rochester all last summer and never paid a dime.

While the office is clean and staff is friendly, Dr. Huminski is a real creep. I felt very uncomfortable being alone with him in the room and the obscurities he said trying to sound "hip" or cool, but in reality sounded unprofessional. I do not need him to pick the dog hair off my backside while I lay face down on the adjustment table nor appreciate him talking about smoking marijuana. I definitely will not be back.

Customer service is horrible the Secretary has a huge attitude problem and the massage therapists will dump oil on your back and rub you down , but you will get a better massage at your girlfriends house. And stay away from lovely she is the massage therapist. Also the chiropractor will waste your money taking x rays and not even help you.

The receptionist rude, massage therapist named lovely has no patience and will act like she is better than you, the rest of the therapists are average nothing special at all. The chiropractor will take a bunch of x rays to line his pockets and seems nice but is average.

Gaming Risk

Have been a patient of Total Health Systems for years. My neck was bothering me, was in the area and stopped into the St. Clair Shores Location. Was able to get in immediately, neck was feeling great again as I was walking out the door.
