Made an appointment as a new patient. I showed 30 minutes early to make sure I could complete all paperwork before my appointment. Stood at sign that said to please wait here to be called to window. Was ignored while woman at counter played on her phone. I completed paperwork with 10 minutes to spare to appointment time. We called back 15 minutes past my appointment time- no problem. Unfortunately it was over an hour AFTER my appointment and I still hadnt seen the doctor. According to the nurse they overbook their patients and the doctors have quotas to meet so they tend to over schedule. HORRIBLE way to treat your patients. I walked out of my appointment never having seen the doctor.

Worst experience at a doctors office in my life. No personal attention and the rudest nurses / assistants I have ever dealt with. The nurse rolled her eyes, laughed at my responses to her medical questions and was completely unprofessional. This is cheap excuse for a doctors office, go somewhere else. This place has no focus on taking care of patients. This "Doctors office" is just about churning people through the system as quickly and inefficiently as possible to collect the cash. STAY AWAY. Also, I did not see a doctor for 2 hours after my appointment was scheduled.

Such a rude front desk lady ! My wife had first pregnancy appointment with doctor, we were pretty excited about it , when we came here she shows her attitude to us just coz we ask her how long should we have to wait since it was already 30 min passed then appointment time. She be like you can left ..if you dont want to wait.angrly ...

Waited an hour in the waiting room, then another hour in my paper robe in the office suffering from painful and itchy poison ivy. Was told a two hour wait time is standard. How is making someone wait that long okay to be standard?! Unprofessional. Level of care is fine, but dont schedule people on top of each other.

Rude costumer service,slow and inefficient medical assistances,waited too long to be seen by the provider ,never go there again !!!patient for many years ,no improvements at all ,getting worst.This dont let me put a zero,but thats what they deserves.

Pretty good doctors. Some may put more mg of the medicine that what your body can handle. But it all depends on the condition. Not a long waiting time to be seen. And workable for your budget.
