I have been seeing the dr here for over 3 years,while some communication problems with some staff could see iprovement,the dr himself at the office is a very nice person.He has seriously helped me understand many things over the years and seems to seek out the best interest of his patients,this is in response to the review I saw on google.I never write reviews for my drs but must say: THIS IS NOT THE GENERAL opinion of all patients,Dr. Emerson has been my dr a LONG time and I speak out,without anyone asking me to do so to take up for him,hes a busy man.... as most are as psychologist.He is professional and yes its hard to get meds in sometimes or you have to wait a long time to get a call back but indeed,I am "capable" lol,of reviewing this office and I will tell you Maria @ the front is a sweet woman and she tries her best.I cannot speak for the rest,as I dont know them as well.

I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE STAFFS PROFESSIONAL DUTY TO GET BACK TO ME THIS WEEK. TWO DAYS AGO I FINISHED A CERTAIN MEDICATION THAT HAS SOME SERIOUS WITHDRAWAL SYMPTOMS IF NOT TAKEN OFF PROPERLY. I HAD E-MAILED AND LEFT SEVERAL MESSAGES . WHAT KIND OF PLACE IS THIS? SOMETHING SHOULD BE DONE...I GUESS MOST OF THE CLIENTS DOESNT HAVE THE MENTAL ACUITY TO REALIZE ANY DIFFERENT. JUST SO EVERYONE KNOWS IM NOT FEELING TO WELL TODAY..IF NEED BE I WILL GO TO THE E.R. DONT EXPECT A RAPID RESPONSE TO YOUR MENTAL NEEDS...GO ELSEWHERE!
