As a two-time cancer survivor, lets just say that Ive seen the full spectrum of what health-care can look like. Ive had good doctors, Ive had average doctors, and Ive had doctors that missed their true calling as villains in television and cinema. That said - I have never in my life experienced a quality of care which even remotely compares to that provided by Diane and Becky. The minute you set foot in the practice you realize that these amazing ladies are not just in business, but are in fact on a mission. This is not merely how they earn a living - this is what they DO insofar as breathing is for you and I. It is a natural and automatic outward expression of an interior reality - they really do care. I cannot speak highly enough of them. You would be a fool to go elsewhere.

~~after explaining my condition, I was denied my medication..this is not the way to do business, seems like the NP was more concerned with, in her words, "covering her butt"..than caring for my needs, I, at length explained my condition, and told the NP, that this medicine is very important for my health and that Ive taken it all my adult life..she was concerned with doing, what I believe, to be unnecessary tests, designed to increase and make a profit off of my visit..the NP also broke HIPPA regulations and divulged personal information..in regards to her other patients..I know my body, and I know the side effects, I know the risks involved..I still have no other choice than to take this medication..I left unsatisfied, and she is now without 2 patients, myself and my wife included..

This is how health care should be! I showed up on a Saturday morning as a walk-in (who even offers that these days?!) and was in & out in about 1 hour!! Friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, reassuring, compassionate - in a word: marvelous. As one of the legions without health care insurance as well as no primary care physician I am thrilled beyond words to find this resource!

They take the time to give you Personal service, their staff made me feel at home.They are totally affordable with the costs of treatment and very professional.I will continue going here as a patient for years to come. If you have low income or No insurance theres no better place in the Gahanna area.
