I waited in line over an hour to be seen - and I clearly had a sinus infection based on my symptoms, but the "doctor" refused to write me a prescription. She told me an antibiotic wouldnt help, that I should take some sudafed and stick my head over a pot of boiling water and wait it out 7-14 days! I went to my primary care doctor two days later, got a Z-pack and started feeling better in 12 hours. If it wasnt a Saturday, I wouldnt have bothered with CVS. I highly recommend NOT going to a Minute Clinic if you want to actually get better. FYI - "doctor" also told me it was okay to drink whiskey for my sore throat. I filed a complaint with CVS and they said her recommendations were "appropriate".

The worst medical experience Ive had in a long time. I tried to get in early one day for a basic sinus infection. First the tall blonde woman on staff was late - she opened the clinic a half hour after it was supposed to open. Then, she dismissed my symptoms because "I didnt have enough facial pain", despite the fact that my nose was swollen shut. She was rude the entire time and acted like my desire to get antibiotics was an attempt to score illegal oxycontin.

The nurse practitioners are very knowledgeable about minor issues. They are extremely helpful, with prescribing the appropriate medications. They have also recommended helpful items on the shelf.

I had the best care possible at this clinic. The nurse practitioner, Debbie was awesome. She was knowledgeable, caring, informative, and highly professional.
