For starters..wow where do I begin??? Early Saturday morning there was a gentlemen before me in the waiting room tht was checking out. Only 3 of us total inside-I waited for 50 minutes! There was no greeting from either staff as I approached the desk, RUDE, not even a hello came out of their mouths, just glares as if it was my fault tht they had to be there. But this was just the beginning. It got worse as I was directed to the back. The medical assistants poised herself as brash as though I was her problem....the doctor- WHEW!!! Where do I even begin with him??? O-o Dr.Pomeranian-very rude! Before he came into my room, he and the medical assistant,Veronica were discussing my personal health out in the hall way rooms down from mine. I am deliberately dropping names being tht these two so called professionals didnt mind putting MY personal/sensitive information out into the open for everyone to hear besides myself...uh HIPPA violation 101! I could hear their sny remarks as Veronica was giving him a heads up to my condition which she felt tht my concerns werent serious enough for her to waste her time on! As the doctor entered into my room his demeanor was abrupt- he did not introduce him self, no hello, slammed the door behind him as he entered. Meanwhile, the doctor left the room, called my employer and started discussing again, my business out in the hallway tht echoed throughout the halls...again hippa violations all over the place here! My husband was waiting for me out in the lobby. He said tht there was a lady just before me tht was at the front desk asking to see a manager at the time I was approaching the front desk stating how rude the staff were treating her. I walked out on the doctor as he was in the middle of having a conversation out in the hallway with my employer....SAVE yourself the time and hassel from these poorly, rude, unprofessionals who are suppose to be caring and at least somewhatt concerned and or supportive. I should know, Ive worked in the health field for over 12 years! I am so disappointed with how this place does business. I would just like to know who does the hiring here..from one HR MANAGER to another!?? The staff here definitely lacks integrity! What a poor reflection on Concentra!!!!! This is my first time EVER putting out any kind of review for any business.

There has now been three different instances pertaining to the people I care about that have had a horrible experience with this facility including myself. Three Strikes and Youre Out, Concentra in Warren. The concentra in Troy is worth the extra drive in order to get the care you need, because the staff at this location is EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. The most recent experience was so upsetting, I finally took the time to write a review. I had taken my significant other for treatment at this facility. The two hour wait that was about to take place was not nearly as upsetting as the way the staff spoke to him. The first woman who assisted him in with the paperwork was not a problem. I wish I had gotten a name on the second woman, though, because she needs to be retrained on patient confidentiality, and professionalism. I could hear the conversation about by boyfriends malady from the middle of the waiting room. As he was filling out his forms, I informed him that they wont be treating him. He then clued in to the fact they they were openly talking about him. She then publically addressed him infront of the full waiting room, letting him know that they could not treat him. We were not pleased and embarassed, and vocalized this on the way out. We were then treated by another facility. While waiting for the doctor, my boyfriend recieved a phone call from that same woman, nurse, whatever she is. She left him a voicemail to return her call because she had some questions. He returned the call to find out that she knew of her approach and did not have all of her facts straight and that he can return for treatment. HA. NO. Never again. Never there. You are a disgrace to the medical field, Miss. Your job is to treat the injured. Insured or not. These people are suffering. Your candor was not appreciated. Id suggest a job where you dont have to work with the public.

My experience here was awful. The girl at the desk was inept. I had looked up their clinic beforehand to make sure that they would take my new insurance. They were the number one listed in-network provider. She barely glanced at my card before telling me that she would have to charge me as out of network because she hadnt heard of my insurance before. Really? No phone calls to verify or anything? Just you flat out wont help me and tell me to try the urgent care down the road. They are not on my in-network list; there is a reason I came to you! UGH! So frustrated.

On Feb 14, 2008, I was seriously injured at work. My company used this Concentra for OTJ injuries, so I was required to visit. I was seen only by a Physicians Assistant, who grossly mis-diagnosed me, told me there was nothing wrong with me, and I was to go back to work, after being told by their own physical therapist that I tested positive for a severe rotator cuff tear. A MRI, taken on Feb 26, 2008, confirmed the tear. DO NOT USE THESE CLINICS IF YOU ARE SERIOUSLY INJURED!! These morons are "doctors" that hospitals are afraid to hire. Wonder why?

What an awful experience. I was the second person (the first was just a drug test) to sign in this mornin (6/12/15) and I still had to wait an hour to be brought back to the room. Once there I had to sit and stare at the ceiling while the NA struggled for 20 minutes to input my information in their new computer system with the system tech standing right next to her. So yeah, a non-medical person got to read all of my medical information. ALL of that for ~maybe~ 3 minutes of the doctors time. AVOID THIS PLACE UNLESS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY.

What a joke! Ive been going to Concentras for years and heard about this one. I only needed a simple drug screen and it took an hour and a half! They said it was because of one of the toilets were down. The plumber actually came in while I was there. They called 6 of us back after 45 minute wait and stuck us in a tiny room only to wait another 30 minutes to be seen one by one! It was very uncomfortable and a horrible experience. Go to the Fraser one on Groesbeck. Way better.

Doesnt give me an option for zero or even negative numbers but they deserve exactly that. Staff was so so so rude its unbelievable. Absolutely disgusting and horrid human beings. Even the supervisor who was on site was worthless when it came to fixing their staffs mistake. This place literally makes me sick to my stomach. No wonder this is NOT the urgent care people use when actually sick, Ive only ever heard of people going for drug tests. The staff is half-brained.

So I dont exactly know why there are so many bad reviews but my daughter and I had to do our medicals here. They emailed us the paper work a week in advance so we can save time by filling them out before hand. The staff was helpful. I remember Brian and Peggy in particular, they were amazing. I dont remember the doctors name but he made us feel so comfortable. I had no issues at all. In and out in a jiffy.
