I have been a patient at another clinic for almost a year. I am having scheduling issues with that clinic so i was looking for a new clinic to go to. This clinic accepted an appointment from me then called me back after they reviewed my insurance info and said they cant accept me into the program. When i asked why the girl told me because of the doctor i was transferring from. I asked her how she knew because i never told them never filled out any medical authorizations never even had the first appointment then she asked me who my doctor was. I said Im not telling you cause you dont know and i want to know the reason Im not accepted. She put me on hold then a young man asked my name and date of birth. He said the doctor said i have had too many doctors. I have faithfully been going to the same clinic for almost a year. I have never had positive drug screens and never missed an appointment! I said thats bull because i cant help what doctor i see at the clinic. I am serious about my sobriety!!!! This made me feel like an addict all over. They accused me of doctor shopping. When i was an addict i was probably the queen of hospitals to get opiates but not now!! I would never recommend this place to anyone! Im a complete stranger to them but they had no problem judging me! If they had taken me as a patient and i had signed the release form from my current clinic they would have seen my information and known Ive been to only one clinic in which Id seen different doctors at this clinic!! What they did to me may not be illegal but it was demoralizing! Id give them a negative rating of i could!

Im sitting in this clinic right now with my husband trying to get him help !we have been here since 11:30 and are still currently sitting and it is 2:40 ... His appointment was at 12 ocklock it took registration way to long to get us in the system...when i asked how much longer it would take i was told the visits are three hours long ...we have been here way past that ...and i was told we may be out of here by 4 ...the only way we are going to continue to come here is if we are put on a list were we can be seen quickly then i will write a good review until then we are on a search for another dr. And will continue to give bad reviews every time we come here ...this is crazy!!!

Ive been coming to this treatment center since it has opened and I loved this place it seemed like a great place to go to I recommend a lot of people here but as time went on this place started going to hell they even mixed my uruine up and said u had meth in my system I knew that there had to be a mistake so I re did it of course it was clean I want to go to a place thats serious about my recovery like iam all of the staff was really kind as well as the nurses was kind its sad that I have to leave here but I need a doctors office that is serious about my recovery and not worried only about my money smfh

I have been coming to the falcility for close too six months. I pay out of pocket. And come monthly. Everytime appt get longer and staff gets ruder. Normal appt last atleast three hours this current appointment has lasted close too six. The clinic over books patients and only has two drs working at a snails pace. They change procedures monthly causing longer wait times. Would not reccomend this clinic too anyone if you have a life. You can not plan anything around this place. I only for see it getting worse before better.

Employees are friendly and offer great service. I do feel like the office might be understaffed, as appointments are generally an all-day affair an there seems to be a lack of communication between employees. I would still recommend to someone else, who was also using their insurance. However, if they were paying cash I might suggest they go elsewhere.

Horrible stole my money treated me like crap tried to switch my meds when i was trying to come off they got urine screens mixed up and the main dr an the woman are very greedy and money hungry the best part about the place was the receptionist and the councilor

This place is only about the money. They wanted me to buy cremes from the pharmacy which I didnt want and felt pressured to give them more money. They are rude and dont care. Dont go here. I felt that I could not maintain sobriety at this place. Awful!!

WHAT DO I DO NOW, WHERE DO I GO?? SHOWED UP FOR MY APPOINTMENT YESTERDAY, AND THERE WERE 2 DUBLIN POLICE OFFICERS THERE AND DEA TELLING US TO FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO GO!!! Ive been trying to call the office this morning and still no answer.
