This is by far the worst place to go if you have any mental health issues. Forget feeling better, this place makes your conditions WORSE. 45 minute wait times, doctors who dont care at all about you. I feel bad for the staff its not really their fault. Why they overbook so much is a complete mystery to me. If they are always 30 to 45 minutes late, maybe they should schedule one or two less people a day. The doctors dont listen to you they are more worried about how smart they are and how much more they know about your anxiety and depression than you do. I usually feel fine before I go but this place makes me want to literally kill myself. The waiting room is so small and packed I have anxiety the whole time Im there. Usually they have the news on tv playing telling us the weather and who was murdered while some guy next to you smells like weed and tries to talk to you as a child throws a fit on the floor. Its like being in a psych ward and its the WAITING room. Avoid this place, trust me. Ive seen both Dr. Daly and Dr. Simko And they are so out of touch they should take some antidepressants. I have never felt worse in my life and its sad I cant even get the help I need I just come here to get medication. Its not even worth that Id rather have a seizure from withdrawl than go back to this place. Hold these people accountable for this horrible place.

ZERO STARS! This office is the most unprofessionally run office I have ever experienced. The first two appointments I made were scheduled inaccurately in their system, and we drove all the way there for nothing. After that, I dealt with the office manager, Nikki, who was very helpful in scheduling our future appointments. After my son had been seen by one of the doctors, I decided that my daughter and I should also be seen. We scheduled our appointments, but 1 week before our appointments we were told our doc was on a leave of absence. We never heard from the office about rescheduling appointments when his leave was over, so I called to find out what was going on. Turns out he wasnt coming back. To add insult to injury, the office would not re-schedule our new patient appointments, as they are now understaffed. SO, after wasting countless hours on going to appointments for my son and unthinkable hours on the phone scheduling etc, we are back to ground zero. Save yourself the hassle and call another provider. Trust me!

If you remotely care about your mental health, Id advise you find another location. The office staff is a revolving door of either incredibly lazy or equally as incompetent employees. The actual care staff is so neurotic and jaded that they would be remiss if they were not themselves seeking some kind of mental health. Theyd rather assume anyone under the age of 40 either has ADHD or is a junkie and will treat you as such. Considering how prevalent anxiety is in the people you are there to care for, no one there seems at all well equipped or properly trained to handle such patience or even offer the slightest bit of courtesy. It took them over a week to for them to send in two already on-going prescriptions both with clear warning labels to not discontinue use, as I sat and watched them hand sample medications over the counter to a walk in.

I have never been so disappointed in a physicians office than I have been in this one. As a new patient, I expect my prescriptions to be taken care of promptly. All prescriptions except one were sent to Walgreens. I have called the office almost daily for 15 days now, only to be told that the doctors are really behind in prescriptions and that mine would be resolved. Ive spoken with Laura twice, told that I would receive calls back. They never came. Walgreens still does not have my prescription, 15 days after the date it should have been picked up and taken. This type of physicians office should be right on top of prescriptions and not let their patients suffer. I find it hard to believe that the office staff still have jobs.

I have been receiving psychiatric care for over 30 years due to my bi-polar disorder. Dr. Richard daly is so outdated with his advice and gave me such incorrect information or did not know the answer at all. He doesnt even know what OCD is yet calls himself a Psychiatrist! I suffered under his care. SOMEONE TELL THIS FOOL WHAT GOGGLE IS FOR!!!! He has over 1,000 patients and shows apathy towards his patients, has a hardened attitude and should do us all a favor by retiring.!!!!!! Enough is enough.

Only reason to go is they accept Medicaid for Kids & Adults. The Doctors assistants absolutely dont care and dont know what they are doing! They are supposed to do The PAs For Meds for patients, which obviously need them right away! They NEVER DO &&& IF THEY FINALLY DO SEND IN INFO TO YOUR INSURANCE, THEY DONT SEND ALL THAT IS NEEDED. The Assistants rarely return calls, no matter how urgent! And that is your only way to speak to a Doctor, or try & try to get an appt. SO GOOD LUCK!!!

Surprised to see the negative reviews because I have had a very different experience. My son has been through multiple psychiatrists and Dr. Lorenzo has spent more time listening to him than all the others combined. She has adjusted meds and dosages to find the right combo and recommended therapy with Damien, who has been great with my teenager who hates talking to anyone. Appointments have always started on time, which is unheard of in my experience.

Dr.s are great...the support staff is extremely rude and unorganized. They could care less about trying to help in any way and they make sure you know they are being inconvenienced by any questions you may have. Scheduling has become an absolute nightmare as they dont allow you to schedule future appointments until the week before you are due. It makes absolutely no sense and has become a major inconvenience for all patients.

I had absolutely no problems scheduling my initial appointment, paper work, insurance or anything really. The desk lady was a little slow paced but otherwise not rude. I saw Dr Simko and he was wonderful, he listened and we worked out a plan for me, I had no issues getting my prescriptions filled and refilled so far but the reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because I had to wait almost 4 months for my next appointment.

I love the doctors but the office staff is VERY disorganized. Twice I left work early and drove over 20 miles for my teenage daughters appointment....only to be told the doctor was not available OR we were NOT even on the schedule. Waste of time and money....but the Doctors are great....if you can see them. Rescheduled for next month. I hope we see him. We are L-O-W on meds.

Took my 12yr old daughter and Cindy at front desk was very nice and sweet.. And Shagna took her images and my daughter was very happy and comfortable with her.. It really helped b/c my daughter was a little scared but at the end she said it wasnt bad at all and Shagna was a 5 star in our book.. Thank you Baycare Imaging in Clearwater.. No wait time. Great experience
