This is a very disorganized, judgmental and rude establishment. The receptionists - Rosa, Lori and Kiara - actually ignore you when you are there! If you ask a question, they roll their eyes, and just get up and walk away, leaving you - the patient - wondering if they are going to find an answer or are just walking away to wait for you to sit down! The Nurse Practitioner is disorganized. I told her three times that I was there for a specific medical procedure. She asked a few questions then left the room. I waited for quite a while and finally went out to ask if someone was coming back into the room. She said no, and that I was done for the day and she seemed to be irritated that I was still there. I asked if I had to make another appointment to receive the medical procedure. She asked me what I meant and again I told her that I was there for a specific medical procedure. She finally looked at my chart again and sent someone in to do the procedure! I will say that the nursing assistants are nice, especially Matt. He is nice, pleasant and interjects a little humor when dealing with the patients. But otherwise this place is TERRIBLE! I will not go back. If I could give a zero rating or below - I would! thats how bad this place is! well not the place - THE PEOPLE!

I have been here twice and have always had a good experience with the doctors, but the front desk is the worst. Every time I call, they make me feel stupid when I ask any questions. They are extremely rude over the phone and are not helpful whatsoever. I am 19 and I have never had to deal with health insurance and making my own appointments until now. This system is extremely confusing. The last thing these people should do is make a young woman feel stupid for wanting to understand all this madness.

This is impossible and very hard to believe that this is a Health Care Center. Very rude receptionists - Rosa, Lori and Kiara If you go to the vet is much better than that. Someone really has to do something about this Center its a shame.
