Im hoping this story will help others. I avoided the dentist for 10+ years, but I finally forced myself to go in after my tooth starting hurting the 2nd time. My tooth hurt a lot, felt like I wanted to pull the tooth out myself and the tooth infection gave me headaches, nausea, and fevers. As much as I wanted to ignore this problem, these few things gave me the courage to face my fears: 1. I couldnt eat my favorite foods without pain 2. Teeth health = body health 3. Ignoring my mouth longer would mean greater pain and bigger problems in the future I had to do a deep clean and 3 fillings. I was faced with 8 shots. EIGHT shots! That was enough to make me bail. I hate needles. The thought of it makes me want to vomit. But I survived :) What helped greatly was the patience and compassion every person in the office displayed. Im a 34 year old man, but I need that! lol. From the start, I was treated with care, respect, and was reassured. They kept me calm enough to get me into the dentist chair. Which at that point, theres no turning back. I was given extra globs of numbing gel, even got a 2nd pass. I was educated on the process so there was less of the unknown. Not sure how much the laughing gas helped, but it did seem to take the edge off. Throughout I was reassured, kept grounded with words of encouragement, and given lots of advice on how to rationalize my fears. Then came the shots. And I did not punch anyone in the face!! The comforting environment and the skillful hands of the dentist made the shots just "slightly uncomfortable" Thats a 5 star rating right there! Felt ZERO PAIN during the deep clean. Feeling was more like a gum massage, and that scraping was really gratifying - knowing a decade of crap was coming off. Then came the fillings. The only discomfort there was that sometimes the drilling felt "ice cold". So it was not bad, quick, and very tolerable. Laughing gas seemed to take the edge off. Im thankful to the whole office for this high quality of service. Now I have less fear with dentists. I dont write lengthy reviews much, but I wanted to share this. 6 stars out of 5, Ill be going back there for sure. If youre a big baby like me, come here.

Please Read!!!!!!!! So I was with this company when they were Avaa, but as soon as they switched the name of the company it just went down hill! I use to go to the Irving location but the staff was unprofessional they started over booking.. if you had an appointment for 10:00am you would probably be there for over an hour before you get to the back and this was for braces!!!! I drove to every appointment from out of town because I didnt want to change my dentist and because they were amazing before they became pristine smiles. I finally got frustrated with the lack of service and transferred to the rockwall location which was a little better but not much. I feel like the dentist did not care about my after care when I got my braces removed. It took them over 3 weeks to send me my retainer and by then I had a gap in my top row and the bottom row one tooth was not in line with the others. The poor service I received is ridiculous! I paid over 5,000 bucks and I am still not 100% happy with my smile. I now have a new dentist and Im sure I will be able to get my issues resolved!!!!!! Its just something about good customer care that I am now receiving !!!!! What a joke prinstine smiles! I should sue to get every penny of my money I feel was stolen from me since I didnt get the results I deserved because the service was not free I had to pay every visit! And now I may have to either get braces again! Karma is real. I had to repost to spread the word for my family... please do not waste your time here..

El servicio que recibí en este centro odontológico fue excepcional. Todo su equipo es muy profesional y servicial. Te tratan como en casa desde el momento que entras. Enfermeras, recepcionistas y doctores todos son super queridos y se les nota como cuidan a todos y cada uno de sus pacientes y familiares que los acompañan. Soy de las personas que le tienen miedo a una simple limpieza dental, pero cuando fui atendida por el higienista Alex Tello, me sentí super tranquila. Ill never use another dentist again! I tried ignoring an impacted wisdom tooth for 10 days, until I finally started dialing any office I could find in desperation. When I inquired on pricing and process, they all gave the standard vague answer and run around. Aava gave me straightforward answers, they couldnt quote because of case by case basis BUT they could give me the minimum my procedure might cost. Their initial exam with x-rays was pennies compared to others, AND they could get me an appointment in the next 15 minutes! I was literally distraught at the idea of having my wisdom tooth extracted, but the staff was incredibly soothing and understanding. They helped me make it through the process with ease, despite my intense anxiety. I called at 3:45pm - I was out by 5:20pm and pain free for the first time in over a week! My one frustration was a mistake on the Rx. When I arrived at the pharmacy it was missing a piece of information. Luckily, I live very close by, so the inconvenience was fairly minor. I will be a customer for life! Although hopefully not a frequent one!

When I first visited this place in December of 2014, they seemed legit. But everything was a downhill from there; after referring another customer and my follow up appointment six months later. They even contacted my referral customer, more than 4 months after an appointment; that was canceled back in January of 2015, as though the referral customer did not already previously contact them to cancel the appointment. The afterhour’s appointment schedulers are just as bad, if not worse than the regular daily schedulers. Not to mention, they did not attempt to verify my insurance; until the day right before my follow up appointment. Very Inconsistent and disoriented!!! Furthermore, no follow up at all over the last two years. To add insult to injury, I had a tooth that was broken and they did not fix the broken tooth; even after I informed them and they saw it during the examination with the x-rays. Therefore, it took another year and ½; before I got the tooth fixed at different Dentistry!

For anyone that is looking for orthidontic work (like braces) please find someplace else. Dont believe the 4.7 ratings that show up on Google. I first got braces early in march by Dr. Cliff Alexander and it started fine, but then I had trouble scheduling appointments due to the office closing at random hours without notifying anyone or even bothering to leave a sign. I had an appointment for July 1st but I showed up only to find the office empty AGAIN. Apparently the orthodontist can just cancel whenever he wants and not let patients know. The owner of the pristine smiles in Rockwall and Irving Dr. Prashant Kaushik is also difficult to find and youd think that the owner of the establishment would give you information but no. The only saving grace of this clinic is the general dentist Dr. Sayed shariati who actually fixed some problems with my teeth that Dr. Cliff Alexander didnt bother to check. Save your money and find another clinic . DO NOT COME HERE.
