I have been going to this facility for a few years now and they have done an excellent job of taking care of my dental needs that I do not mind driving 45 minutes from where I live. I have been shopping for a good dentist for so long that when I found one, I am staying with Dr Koo and his staff. My recent dental project as I call it, took me more than a year to finally accomplished. They are all supportive and they work around my busy schedule all the time. Dr Koo is very meticulous with everything which gives me comfort that I am in good hands. Serena is the best and she makes you feel so comfortable and yet very professional. They even made sure I will have a new set before I travel for Europe and that I will have a great smile for the trip. I am so happy with the result especially when friends gives me compliments for a beautiful smile.

Fantastic does not even begin to describe Dr. Koo, Hannah and the entire staff at MacArthur Park Dentistry. When I first walked through their doors in 2007, I had given up hope on my teeth and going to a dentist office always gave me nightmares. No more! They treat me like family, the staff are always polite and they go above and beyond to make me comfortable. Dr. Koo recommends procedures that are necessary and always takes time to help me understand the pros, cons and the alternatives. My entire family are his patients and they all love the level of professionalism and care provided in this office. I have family coming in from out of the country to get their implants done. If you are looking for a dentist in the Irving/Las Colinas area, you will not be disappointed with Dr. Koo.

Ive been coming here since 2003. Now my husband, and kids go see Dr.Koo too. What I like about this office is that its a small office. Ill always see the same dentist and Ive had the same hygienist for almost 5 years now. Its not a trendy place where they gimmick you with free promos and have constant staff changes. They always do a great job and have the friendliest staff! Why cant my other drs offices have nice receptionists like my dental office?! I used to live in Irving so Dr.Koo was convenient, but now even though weve moved further away, I cant imagine going anywhere else.

The staff at MacArthur Park are very professional. I had some questions about treatment and insurance, and the front office staff took extra care to answer all of my questions and put my mind at ease. I have never had a cleaning as thorough and pain free as their hygienists performed. Dr. Koo is very professional and redid a crown I had previously done by another dentist. I was very pleased with the final product and the fact that he took extra time to make sure it fit perfect. Definitely recommend MPD!

Dr. Koo and his staff are absolutely fantastic! Ive been coming here for around 2 years, and he does a great job of keeping my teeth healthy while keeping financial impact in mind. They are careful to treat each customer as an individual, helping you find solutions that make sense for you, and I wouldnt hesitate to send my friends and family to Dr. Koo! The whole team is extremely fast and friendly, and I would recommend MacArthur Park Dentistry to anyone in this area!

Dr. Koo and staff are the best. I used to HATE going to the dentist, mainly because I had horrible experiences with cleanings, staff, booking appointments, waiting forever in the waiting room, but I havent had any of these issues at MacArthur Park Dentistry. The Hygienists do an awesome job and are very attentive to any weird sensitivities (and fears) I have when I do my cleanings. Love this place! I absolutely would recommend going here.

Dr Koo did my veneers 4 years ago and they are still in perfect shape. I havent had any problems from them since they were put in. The process was smooth and painless. Dr Koo is always willing to come in earlier to work around my schedule. My rating 5 - exceptional dentist 5 - staff 5 - nice and clean office with new technology I would recommend this place to anyone looking for an honest dentist that can do excellent work.

I have been going to Dr. Koo for about 2 years now and have had nothing but great experiences there. He knows what he is doing and makes you feel that he cares about your dental health. He is NOT cocky and arrogant and is the most helpful when it comes to dental questions. Highly recomended. Linda, my hygienist, preformed a deep cleaning on me today. She was amazing! My teeth feel awesome! I have quite a bit of work needed.. Dr. Koo was so great when it came to understanding my apprehension and concerns. Both of them were sensitive and respectful in dealing with my dental anxiety. If you are looking for a dentist and hygienist that treat you like a friend or family member, try out this office.
