I have called to have an orthodontics exam for my 8 year old daughter. At first I have called and asked if they take insurance for this kind of treatment they told me yes they do, but the orthodontist was there only one day a week. They told me they will call me back to schedule so been waiting for a whole week and no call back. After a week I call back and told me they were sorry and they finally schedule me to have a next week apointment. The day came by final happy to have the appointment we sign in wait to be called and after about 15 minutes a dentis assistance calls my dougther name we a proche to the door and he stops me and tells he will be right back with my daughter after her exrays. I waited for her to come back and she wasent, I finally demanded see her, to my surprise she was allready been exam by the orthodontics by herself. I was very upset that they have not explain anithing to me before all this, so I have told the assistant and the orthodontics to not ever do that again my daughter is a minorand I needed to be there with her at all times. So all this time goes by and its time for me to go back to work. the office asistan its taking long to come by with the plan treatment so I asked to please call me with the back, 2 weeks pass by and never get a call back. I finally call back to fond out if we will be able to continue with the procedure she vagly explain t o me what is to do and that my doughter insurance doest cover any of what the orthodontist has recommended to do. I asked her why did it she called me before? Her response is that she has other patients to take care. This is so sad and fustrating to find out that my 8 year old dougther orthodontics treatment is no important to this Dentist Clinic. Its so sad to fond out of the poor response they have given me and my child. So no I will not recomendamos this place for their unprofessional, not caring for future clients, customers making me feel that we dont deserve a right service just like anyone else.:(

I was scared to come here due to all the low ratings. I waited to leave a review after my 3rd visit. I was going to a Dallas location,but had to come here for a root canal. The specialist there was great, the assistants were great. Im truly grateful for the job they did in my mouth and I got to keep my tooth! The waiting room is usually clean. Edit: Service decent,but took some stars due to pricing and Ive been to three of their locations. Far from affordable for the average American. I paid close to 2000 and something since being with them,so my savings is gone. Today they want 299 dollars just to GLUE a fake tooth to my gums...which isnt permanent fix aka a crown. Before you get excited thinking 299 for a crown...thats my remaining balance! Cost over 700$ for a crown :) Their root canal dentist is amazing, service decent...Even though Im using their insurance its still very costly. I want braces,but going to try other dentists outside of Jeffersons after they place my crown. If you have the funds I say come here, if you already have amazing insurance come here. I see why people skip going to the dentist and rather lose all their teeth its too costly when you come to clinics...word clinic you expect a better price. But the services are fine just....$$$$. And they dont work on trying to lower the cost. If they do its like 10$ off a 1000

This dental place is like going to walmart. U get stuff done for cheap but the service really isnt worth it. The only reason Im giving it 2 star is cuz of the doctor he was nice. However, all the people working their are Mexican and they have loud Mexican /Hispanic music playing all times u are there. If u go in here just forget about rest of the day, stuff u may have to do that day. Cuz you will be waiting all day. Something which takes 1-2 hour to do the doctor will take 5 hours or more cuz he will be seeing 6 other patients aside from u at the same time!!!! Seriously, no joke. Its really like they are testing your patience. Plus I didnt like any of the people working their, they have bad attitude like they know it all. I had to go in twice just for something the girl didnt clean properly so it was irritating my gum. I pray to God I never have to go back to this place again.

Horrible!! Tenia la cita a las 12 y llegue a las 11:30 para que me atendieran por lo menos a la hora pero no fue así, estuve más de dos horas para que me atendiera y mal, el doctor ni siquiera me dirigió la palabra y se la paso platicando y por eso no atendía rápido a los pacientes. Así es que les recomiendo que No vallan a está clínica por su salud porque además se caen los empates no sirven. Mal servicio, mal trabajo, nada de profesionalismo!

I would give this dental clinic negative stars if I could! I made in appointment for my sibling here because I dont have insurance for him yet and they claimed to be affordable. I was asked to wait in the lobby while my sibling had his xrays done and I was supposed to meet with him right after to see the dentist. I waited 30 minutes in the lobby when my brother was released and the lady at the front desk (not a dentist or nurse) told me he needed to have two root canals done. I never saw the doctor, and no one sat down with me to explain the procedure. I did get an estimated bill of $1200.00 for each tooth that needed work. Bottom line: terrible customer service, UN-affordable dental work.

My husband had an appointment at 1 and we got there at 12:57 and they took forever to get us in. Once they started the process on him they took forever to start with him ! Once they numbed him they left and came and left and came every 30mins!!! They told me its going to take 2-3 in a half hours and I was fine with it its 8:02pm and their still working on him and let me include they constantly numbed him because they knew there taking long doing other people ! I have no problem with them helping other people but for this process to take so so so long !!!!! Unexpecteble

I dont know what everyone is complaining about I love this place!!! As soon as I walked in they called me to fill out the paperwork and after I turned it in I was immediately called to the back. The orthodontist is great he explained everything so I would understand and hes really funny too. On top of everything their prices are very affordable compared to other places. Im going in 2 weeks to get braces and Im so excited!!

I typically go to the Plano location, but I was referred to see Dr. Arbaugh, and all day I was so nervous to come here and hear any bad news. Just walking into the office I sensed a calm vibe, and the staff was very welcoming and pleasant to speak with. But Dr. Arbaugh did an amazing job explaining the plan of action and making sure I was at ease and I enjoyed his humor. Thanks again to everyone!
