I would have given a zero, but that was NOT an option. I had been a patient for over a decade of this practice, but they have become the WORST medical provider in Ann Arbor. I was a patient of Dr. Raymond Rion for almost 25 years, but since he became the Executive Director, it is impossible to get an appointment with him. I was forced to take two appointment with their Nurse Practitioner, Cathy, and received very poor medical care. She spoke to me in a condescending manner, told me I no longer had an ear infection on my second visit, and refused to prescribe a round of oral antibiotics when ear drops were NOT working. I have suffered from ear infections, since infancy, and know when I have one! I actually had to get upset, and force her to call Dr. Rion, before I was prescribed the oral antibiotics. This could have cost me my hearing! Then, when I was referred to an ENT specialist, my appointments were cancelled, because my referrals were NOT done correctly by their referral coordinator, Jessica. Jessica actually hung up on me in the midst of a conversation. She was rude and unprofessional! When, I spoke to the office manager, Shannon Campbell, she was incapable of resolving the referral problem. I spent six hours of my day hearing Packard Health staff blame the specialist office staff and the specialist office staff blame Packard Health staff. Then, the final straw was when the whole situation was blamed on me. It would be lovely, if I had computer access to do my own referrals, because then they would have been done correctly, but since I dont, I cant! The bottom line was their incompetencies denied me the medical care I needed. I have changed primary care physicians, after 25 years, and WOULD NEVER allow these incompetent people to provide medical care to me again! As I said before, they have become the WORST MEDICAL CARE PROVIDER in Ann Arbor!

Not sure why other reviews are less than stellar. I have been searching for a decent doctor and supporting staff for over 4 years now, and I am abundantly pleased with Packard health. My doctor is professional and no nonsense, all of the staff are pleasant and helpful. They handled appointments, bloodwork, insurance and prescription beautifully. The gal who drew blood was phenomenal!!!! First time ever in my 50 years to not sport huge bruises after getting blood drawn!!! The only reason I gave 4 vs 5 stars, is because the building is old and somewhat dingy. But the people who work here should get 10 stars!!

I just recently started coming here to Dr. Nichols as I have not have a permanent doctor in about 7 years. She is so amazing and down to earth and friendly. Most importantly she is very knowledgeable and is very good at explaining the proper information you need to know. I wish I had been more proactive and found her sooner! I feel very comfortable with her and confident in her capabilities as my doctor!

I really like my doctor, actually, she my nurse practitioner, Ive Ben seeing her January of 2010, I like we have very open dialog, shes nice kind shes one those warm n fuzzy, people shes so easy you talk to.

They double billed me several times. Id rather go to urgent care than pay these jokers again!! Wish I could give zero stars

Doesnt answer the phone to go to the pantry. Supposed to call before you go, but you cant get ahold of them.
